I don't know what emails Jack Clayton was referring to when he said the color was the issue. I still have my copy of the emails that were sent and nowhere did I mention that color was the issue. I was never given the opportunity to even discuss paying for shipping another one. My issue was ordering a "female" bicycle and receiving a "male" bicycle. Yes, I ordered a red female bicycle and was sent a red male bicycle. The only response I received was that the owner (Jack Clayton) would make no exchange because he had the right to change the selection when Micargi told him the female was not available in red. I left several phone messages for Jack Clayton but he never returned any of them. What good does it do to get his number if he doesn't return calls. I have also contacted "7 on Your Side" in hopes of getting some help.

I have re-checked our email files and found that the customer got what they ordered and that what they really wanted to do was change the color after they received it. I would have gladly done the exchange had they agreed to pay for the shipping but they refused. Jack Clayton
