Well "Christy", I can tell you that I most certainly am not paranoid. And by the posts here regarding treatment of customers, I can also guaratee without a doubt that I would never do business with justbicycles. By the way, for the second straight year, Gilbert Arizona is the fastest growing community in the United States. So rest assured we have a lot more to do than just sit on the computer all day.

SOMEBODY CAN'T SAY SOMETHING NICE WITH OUT YOU OR PAUL CLAIMING THEY ARE FRAUDS. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME. YOUR ANTICS ARE ON OTHER RIPOFF REPORTS ALSO. ...that all of these posts by Jack, Gayle (both locations) and yourself all seem d**n suspicious, as if they were all typed by the same person (Jack Clayton). I'm not the only one here who can see that. Same goes for everyone that praises this company. Too many positive responses in such a short period of time on a consumer complaint website. That is atypical for these reports. Usually, when someone posts a positive response for a particular company, it was not because they came across this site by accident. Most are made by avid readers, or are posted by company shills. Now, I'm not saying that all positive posts are that way. Hey, I've even posted some positives myself (just look at the Blockbuster reports). But I have been an avid reader of these reports for a year now. None of these people posting have ever posted before (that I can tell). To me, that is just too suspicious. I think I'm pretty good at spotting a shill, and you Christy are one of them (if you are not Jack himself). I'm sorry, but these positive posts are pegging my Bullshit Meter.

Christy (if that is your real name), I have searched all the new reports, and cannot find one from "Christy - Houston, TX". Please, give us the name you used so that we can see whether or not your "conspiracy theory" pans out. By the way, if you Google "justbicycles", these reports now show up in results 3 and 4, DIRECTLY under the link for this company.

Dear Christy, oops I mean Gayle, or is it Jack (d**n hard to keep all of your aliases straight), If you have any doubts about who I am, then please feel free to contact the EDitor of this website. I'm sure he'll be more than happy to confirm that we have had phone conversations in the past, long before the justbicycles reports were posted. Or, feel free to view my original rip off report, and my reason for being on this website: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff103042.htm I can also verify that Paul from Anaheim has been around on this site for quite a long time, again long before this report started.

As to these posting's who is PAUL? TROY, PATRICK?X-EMPLOYEE? SOMEONE JEALOUS? MAN OR WOMAN? WHO IS EDIE? IS SHE REALLY A NEIGHBOR OR A LIAR? Let's face it this is the Internet and anyone can be anyone. IF YOU BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ ON THE INTERNET YOU REALLY NEED HELP AND THAT INCLUDES THE STUFF ON THIS SITE! We don't even know that Gayle or Jack are with the company (at all) or just people playing with the losers that sit around writing rip off reports all day. (Which by the way Paul of Anaheim you seem to be on at least 40 rip off reports I have read. Do you work for the ripoff report and are trying to stir up business or just to much time on your hands)? For that matter who cares. To prove my point I wrote a complaint about a fake company tonight. By tommorrow at least six other people will swear up and down they got ripped off by the same company.

Otherwise, you will fail at everything you try to do. Simple as that. Here's how I can make that statement. First, look at how you went off on Forrest. What could he possibly have done to deserve that? I'm sure all the man wanted was his bicycle in a timely manner. Instead, he claims you never got in touch with him about his order. So, he got worried and cancelled the payment. At that point, you went off on the guy. Then, you come here, seething with rage. I'll show this a*****e, I'll put his name and phone number on here for the whole world to see. And, that's exactly what you did. Dude, it looks like you're a time bomb. You got this bottled up rage going on in your life. Here's a suggestion. You're making money now. So, go back to the person who abused you when you were a child. Spend an hour and take all your rage and anger out on the person who abused you as a child. Maybe it's the mother who belittled you. Or, the father who beat you until you were black and blue. Or, it could have been the a*****e in school that always picked on you. At least, that would make sense. Because going off on the Forrests of the world makes no sense. Do the person that did you. Don't walk around with hate for society in general. Take it right back to the source. If you can't get this out of your system, you will fail at everything you ever try to do. People will always be talking behind your back. What an a*****e. If you try to make a business, it will fail because every time you come in contact with the customers, you unload all your anger on them. Same with social relationships. Women won't understand why the slightest little thing always sets you off. They'll simply get scared and move on. Until you can resolve your anger towards the world, you got nothing. You think I'm wrong? Look up above here. Even your neighbor is against you. He came here and posted a rebuttal. Who likes you? Who's your friend? Nobody, because you probably drove them all away. Maybe your bicycle thing will all work itself out, maybe not. But, right now, the best thing you can possibly do for yourself and your business is learn how to fit into the human race. That's gonna take quite a few changes on your part.

This report is panning out to be one of the best I've read yet. So when a customer isn't happy, they're accused of bizarre behavior, harassment and making threats? Truly incredible. It's almost hard to believe that a supposed adult (At least in age) would act like this. There is no doubt in my mind what's going on here. This guy is obviously has issues beyond his bad conduct.

OK, so I am very analytical in nature, and love trying to solve mysteries. Now that I got caught up in the whole "Where's my bike?" saga, I decided to do a little search. In the search field of this website, I typed in simply "Colton". I thought that might give me the best results. Here's what I found: There are 5 reports on here about this company; this one, and these four: http://www.ripoffreport.com/rebuttalForm.asp?id=146688 http://www.ripoffreport.com/rebuttalForm.asp?id=145331 http://www.ripoffreport.com/rebuttalForm.asp?id=118906 http://www.ripoffreport.com/rebuttalForm.asp?id=118349 I would like to call your attention to report #118906. Here is the first rebuttal to that report: "Rebuttal UPDATE EX-employee responds Submitted: 3/1/2005 12:08:50 PM Modified: 3/1/2005 4:35:12 PM Unreasonable Consumer I use to work for the company and remember this guy only because of the bizare behavior. We would, in the peak season, ship almost 50 bicycles a day. Sometimes it would take longer than we desired or something would be back ordered but we had a really good crew that busted our efforts to do the best we could. (Had I not started my own business I would still be there because it was a great place to work). This "customer" felt like his order should have priority and shipped before other people that had ordered ahead of him. When he didn't get the "special attention" he was demanding he started calling employees family at their homes and harrasing them to try to force us to ship his order first. We cancelled his order but he kept calling our family members. He wouldn't give his credit card so it could be credited (the shopping cart truncated the number when emailed to us for security purposes) so he was told to dispute the transaction with his bank (for the refund) and to stop calling and harassing our family members. It got so bad that he was told if he called again charges would be filed against him for telephone harrassment. (Because he kept calling after his order was cancelled making threats). All the employees were scared of this guy because of his bizarre behavior. Jack - Mesquite, Texas U.S.A." A couple of things about this rebuttal. First, it says submitted by an "ex-employee" named Jack. Jack is the owner of this company. Second, notice the striking similarities of this rebuttal to the rebuttal on this report from "Gayle - Garland, TX". Coincidence? I don't think so. I think that "Jack - Mesquite, TX", "Gayle - Garland, TX" and "Gayle - L.A., CA" are all the same person, and that is Jack Clayton, owner. Also, I think all of the positive responses about justbicycles are actually shill posts by Jack himself. Let the readers judge for themselves who the honest ones are.

You know, I got no problem with an attorney running a side business. And, I really don't mind if he's doing it out of his home. Homes are expensive. So, get all the use you can out of them. I don't even mind if the guy's getting a good buck from the business. Who works for free? Not me, that's for sure! But, I do mind the way he treated the person who posted here. You can 1) accept the bike and pay for it, 2) refuse the bike and be charged a 30% fee per the website, or 3) neither and have us enter a charge off on your credit file. There is no exception because you threatened us or any exception because you feel you need stroked. That's what he told his customer. It's a good thing he hides behind a website. You tell somebody that same thing in person, they'll knock your d**n teeth out. It's just not the way normal people do business. Then, to come here and post the customer's name and phone number. How does that look? Who wants to be the next customer? Hell, they'd be too scared of their name and number ending up on a web site. Then, the long list of fake, pretend customers. What's up with the pink bikes? Doesn't he sell any other colors? Trust me, no attorney is this stupid. Law school is hard. So, is the bar exam. An idiot like this couldn't pass either of them. I bought a couple of bikes from these guys and had no problems. I read Forrest complaint and just don't get it. He orders on the 9th of April which was a Saturday and by the following Wednesday is already hounding these guys? If Forrest needed the bike the next week he should have bought it at the local Wal-mart. Doesn't he get it that shipping takes time and if the store had to get it from a manufacture of course there would be delays. From the time Forrest ordered the bike on the weekend until he had it at his house exactly three weeks had passed. What is his beef? He doesen't say he didn't get a good deal or that the bike wasn't good so what is the complaint?? It took three weeks?? I ordered some chairs on ebay three months ago and they still haven't showed up? Forrest you should be ashamed of yourself with your pettiness. I say Forrest is the bad person here and not the company. I have bought from these guys and would do it again.

Gayle. And, all the rest of the fake names you're using to file rebuttals. I just went to google and searched for justbicycles. The justbicycle site is in number one and two positions. THIS is in number 6 position. Rip-off Report.com - badbusinessbureau.com ------------------------------------------ Colton Enterprises - Justbicycles ripoff Garland Texas *REBUTTAL employee ..Customer tries to rip off ... On-Line Stores: Colton Enterprises - Justbicycles ... Number 6, fool. Right on the first page. Anybody will see it. You've already screwed up your business bad. People will come here and read the complaint. Then, they will read how you treated your customers. On top of it, they will read all the fake comebacks you made. First gayle is in Texas, then California. Then, you pretend to be fake customers. No real people talk like the nonsense you wrote. I can't figure out how justbicycles is able to sell these bikes at such incredibly low prices Customers don't talk like that. You idiot. Everybody knows that's fake. Plus, you put the customer's names on here. If you keep this up, these complaints will move up to the number three position, right under your site. You will ruin the business completely. Here's a tip. Say you're SORRY. Do the right thing. If you continue to come here and act like an a*****e, that's what people will see when they read all this. And, since it's right on the google first page, you can d**n well count on the fact that lots of people will be reading this. You're probably going to have to change sites before this is all over. With your next name, smarten up. Learn from the stupid things you did here. It's completely up to you. Like I said before, you don't belong in the bicycle business anyway. So, go ahead, make that happen. See what I care! Like you told Forrest You know what the options are and what the consequences are Not so funny now, huh?

I think it's easy to figure out who Gayle truly is. Check out reports on this company under sporting goods bicycles2go/Colton Industries and Colton Enterprises bicycles2go. In both reports there are responses from Jack Clayton, the dishonorable merchant I am complaining about, that are signed by Gayle in Garland, Texas and by Gayle in L.A. California. He even posted another customer's full name, address and telephone number. What a scumbag! Be a man Jack! Stop hiding behind your alter ego, Gayle the terrified employee or Gale the satisfied customer and just be the sorry, dishonorable merchant you truly are! The truth shall set you free.

I purchased my daughter a Pink Banana Seat Bicycle from www.justbicycles.com, my husband a Three Speed Bicycle and myself a Pink Beach Cruiser all over the last year and without any problems at all. I fiqure I saved over a hundred dollars per bike and quite frankly can't fiqure out how www.justbicycles.com is able to sell these bikes at such incredibly low prices. I will definately purchase from this company again. Great Place for Great Bicycles! www.justbicycles.com

Guys like Paul from Anaheim is what makes this site worthless. His jibber jabber added nothing to the thread. Obviously, he has to much time on his hands. Paul I believe the rules of this site ask for meaningful contributions not rantical babblings that have nothing to do with the issue. At least post your email or complete name phone number if you need someone to talk to. Better yet got to Yahoo personals.

Four days ago, you were in Texas. Now, you're in Los Angeles. Looks like it's time for another new bike!

I realize everyone has a different perception but I have bought five bikes from this company (www.justbicycles.com) over a three year period. Each time I have received excellent service and wonderful bicycles. I have bookmarked this company and plan to purchase many more bikes from them. Perhaps these complainers shouldn't buy on the Internet? Forrest Smalley the original complainer doesn't say he didn't get his bike or that it wasn't a great bike. His complaint is that he didn't get it as fast as he wanted. I'm sure the local bike store had the same bike at more money. As for me I got an excellent product at an excellent price from www.justbicycles.com and will buy again.

This bike fraud is the worst thing I've read here in a long time. First, they don't send your bike. That's because they have no bikes to send. They're obviously running a drop ship scam. Then, they won't communicate with you. Won't answer the phone. The email is what really takes the cake. If you don't take the bicycle a month late, we'll lie and screw up your credit. The other choice is to pay 30% for nothing. Then, they come here and claim to be afraid of someone who's 1000 miles away. A court order? For a man who is 1000 miles away? Plus, posting your name and phone number. Bad, bad bicycle salespeople. Worse liars. Their story makes no sense. Not only should these people be banned from the bicycle business, and the internet, but the human race as well. I don't care if they sent you a bike made out of solid gold, Forrest. It wasn't worth that kind of trouble for any price! It's going to be months before you'll find another company this bad. On this site, that's saying a lot. There should be some kind of prize for the person who reports the worst company each month. This one looks like a sure winner. Fraud of the month. What an honor! Thanks for the warning. You probably just saved thousands of other buyers from the same nightmare that you went through.

The person from Colton Enterprises who rebutted my posting is, simply put, a liar. First of all I never spoke to anyone at that company. They do not answer the phone. Secondly, I never asked for my order to ship ahead of any other order. I simply requested that the order be shipped. Lastly, This individual felt it necessary to post my full name, address and telephone number. What a bunch of scumbags! I did finely get the bike that was shipped after the order had been canceled and have paid for it. Did I make them work for payment? Yes. At the time the charge was disputed they had not shipped the goods. Fair warning to anyone thinking about doing business with this company They are not honorable merchants.

I'm not an owner of the company. I remember this guy because his behavior was so bizarre. He placed his order and within 5 days was calling threatening employees because he wanted his order shipped ahead of other customers. When he was told that his order would be shipped in the order it was received his threats and phone calls increased. We were all scared of him. Even after he was provided the tracking number from the manufacture his bizarre behavior continued. He tried to dispute the credit card charge and still keep the bike. His name is; Forrest Smalley 4820 48th Ave. Vero Beach, FL 32967 Phone: 7725670242 I kept his inforamtion because their was a time when I thought I might have to seek some type of court order against him. (that is how scared I was of this guy). From my view point it is this guy that tried to "scam" the company by keeping the bike and disputing the charge on his credit card.
