Where to start on this low-life wanna-be great company. Well, I had ordered a bunch of CD's from them last Spring and I paid them. I have the cacelled check to prove it. Anyway, they continually send me bills. I call them and they say it will be taken care of, nothing happens, they contiue to put late fees on this bill I have already paid and yet I call and call and call. Oh!

And since their HQ's are in flippin Indiana and I live on the opposite side of the US, they don't have a 800 # only their fax line is 800. So here I am spending even more money on them for this stupid bill. So I have faxed/sent them copies of the cancelled check and nothing.

I cancelled my membership, but they are still sending these bills. Oh, and they recently changed their policy. Instead of sending in a request to have the selection of the month, they automatically ship it to you if you don't respond by telling them you don't want it. So, what? now I have to waste more money on you to let you know no i don't want it?

If I wanted it, I would have said so in the first place. So now they are charging me for this CD that I returned to them because I didn't tell them I didn't want it. If you ever think about joining this club, think twice.
