See, I love it when Comcast or should I say EX Comcast employee's decide to have a moment of honesty about this company.

Yall, this Company has absolutly taken me thru the ringer!! And U people do know that EVERYTHING is the customers fault, right? Comcast ALWAYS deflects any blame or responsibility off them regardless what its about. I actually had this Plant Manager by the name of Benny Logan ask me to email him dictating what my "expectations" of Comcast were because he clearly felt that my expectation were far too much simply because I expected a dial tone EVERYTIME I went to use my phone OR Internet, so I finally emailed him and it said the following....

Dear Mr. Logan,

U asked me to email u fully describing what my expectations are of my service provider (Comcast) and below u will find the following...

1. I WANT MY SERVICES TO WORK.

UNREAL! Can I please be more specific? Well jees, I didnt know I EVER had to say a word about what my expectations were!! All I wanted, ALL I EVER wanted was for that stupid phone to work and yes dammnit, EACH AND EVERYTIME!! Mr. Logan ended up saying to me later that day he said...

"I know I know...U want what U want when U want it, right?" "U want 100% flawless service, right?" "U expect a dial tone everytime u pick up that receiver, right"...

Hahaha...he was actually making Comcast look incapable of providing this himself, idiot! HA! I have never wrote the electric company telling them how I want electricity or "when". lmao. I got stories yall that would blow your freaking minds but I gotta go for now!

Vester, I take my hat off to you!! Keep the complaints coming if your unsatisfied!! Oh, and Comcast Customer service is just as bad! I have had to remind these people that its it "I" .."Moi" who is THEIR boss!! The customer is boss dammit, they shouldnt be at liberty to speak to customers like the way they do because the customer is the one who provides them with a paycheck. Ill be dayumed u speak to me "like that" while your clocked in making money and its MY money providing u with a job.....f**k that.

My prediction....a decade from now Comcast will be exstinct if not just because of piss poor customer service alone!!
