my visa account has just been credited for the entire amount of the rip off so for those in the same boat be sure to register a cardholder dispute form To bad tho that drugstore.com has gotten away scott free and continues doing business. and Im sure that down the road Visa will recover their costs by increased fees So cutomer beware!! You should file a complaint with the Federal Trade COmission under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). This act covers situations where you have been billed for merchandise you never received. The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop and avoid them. I'm not too familiar with Swiss banking laws, but do you have the right to dispute the charge with your credit card company?
