Ordered a 10x10x10 Self Contained Walk In Cooler
Order/Quote # 022205-08AS on 3/29/2005
Was charged $5420.62 on Order Acknowledgement # 1555713
Dealt with Alex Viktoro mailed him a $2168.00 deposit check that cleared bank 4-5-05
Finally received box on 4-21 after mailing balance check of $3252.62. Probelm was no Refrigeration Unit was Included.
I have called Alex approximately 3 times a week to check on status. I get same answer, You'll have it in a couple days.
It is now 6-18-05 I STILL have no refrigeration unit
I have a $5420.62 sweat box. Alex is not a person to do business with, very dishonest, lying the whole way.
I am contacting Miami Dade Police Department along with the State Attorneys office there. I will file charges of Grand Theft since the Refrigeration unit will cost me close to $3000 to add to my sweat box.
I recommend ANY ONE thinking of doing business with Alex Viktoro should think twice. I wish I had checked his company out before I mailed ANY Checks
I have complete Documentation and cancelled checks for anyone who disbelieves. I see by history of these reports they deny any contact. Well I have the docs to prove their rip-off business.
