All I can say is stay away, they sent their sales person he was selling a program for gift cards they provide you with a terminal that cost $300 for $80 a month but they will service you with a computer program that you can impute all your customers and e-mail them specials, it's a two year program I said it's worth it because you have support and marketing. I did not have credit so I had my boyfriend at the time co-sign my name on the contract, they came for training and then when they gave me the contract back the sales person signed me up for merchant services and I told him that I did not need merchant services I already have it, he says just try it, ok then he never showed up for the second training to input the customers name in the computer and they charged my bank $132 no explanation never return my calls,  and they put 4 years instead of 2 years like the sales person said,  come to find it's 4 years, they made my boyfriend sign and they did not give him a copy they said they would give it to me,  and they forged my boyfriend's signature and added service I did not need,  they refuse my calls to this day they continue to charge my account I finaly paid off the bank $500 to stop charging my bank for merchant services which I did not sign up for, but they still charge me for the gift cards that I never got support for.

  As a manager of contracts submitted to Community Merchant Solutions it is clear that the posting is lacking information as referenced, "the contract was 4 years as opposed to two" when there is neither.  A contract is 3 years and anyone in the company knows this especially the processor that provides the service and owns the contract.  The contract is theirs not Community Merchant Solutions.  Thus, the complaint against the company is very misleading. Additionally, it is false when the complaint says we will not call back, given our email address is public and all email requires a response from management.  The complaint of the fee described is not a unusual or particularly high fee.  Fees incurred are usually for materials to promote gift card sales, marketing materials or for loyalty programs (includes consumer data is stored for marketing management purposes on behalf of the merchant).  We welcome the opportunity to respond to this complaint via email: [email protected] or email submission through our website: www.communitymerchantsolutions.com
