As a manager of contracts submitted to Community Merchant Solutions it is clear that the posting is lacking information as referenced, "the contract was 4 years as opposed to two" when there is neither. A contract is 3 years and anyone in the company knows this especially the processor that provides the service and owns the contract. The contract is theirs not Community Merchant Solutions. Thus, the complaint against the company is very misleading. Additionally, it is false when the complaint says we will not call back, given our email address is public and all email requires a response from management. The complaint of the fee described is not a unusual or particularly high fee. Fees incurred are usually for materials to promote gift card sales, marketing materials or for loyalty programs (includes consumer data is stored for marketing management purposes on behalf of the merchant).
