Dear Mrs. Customer,
First and foremost, your post, aggrevation, and time could have been spared very easily had you bought the laptop computer for the reason that you stated "to start charting for nursing" instead of doing it by hand. Instead, you bought it for the specs which provided your aggrevation. You went to a liquidation sale which provides you the customer to FULLY BROWSE AND OBSERVE at your OWN will to purchase a computer which sometimes has the correct card in front of it with the correct specs and sometimes NOT due to customer's picking them up and moving them around. It is no different when attending a supermarket or store when a price or specs end up in on the wrong item. However, the liquidation sales are different because as the merchandise moves and gets sold quickly the prices/specs change by the hour, minute, and sometimes seconds. Due to these types of quick sales where the specs have been changed constantly or possibly moved by other customers by accident, we are not fully responsible for specs alone, however, we are COMPLETELY responsible for what is in writing on your sales receipt. So, I will ask you a few questions: #1. Were these specs written on your sales receipt?? #2. You observed (on hand) this laptop was fully functional at the time of the show. Did you check to make sure that everything worked before walking away?? If #1 was NO and #2 was yes, then you shouldn't have a problem with the specifications, however, the main concern should have been, did the computer work for what you needed it for. Bottom line is that we can still help you and assist you with this purchase if needed. Just call us.
Thanks,
