I have been waiting since October 10th for my refund of $76.63, from payhalf.com. Just so anyone interested in reading this understands, payhalf.com, is pc direct biz.com, is computer finance.net, is iOnNet.com, is Linktouch.com, is ECS (Enterprise call systems)and all run by one big thief.......James Cook.
I had talked to operators at payhalf.com for about a month about where my money was and got the run around about having issues with a banking partner/vendor. The operators were so rude, and really good a putting you off. Then the website went down for awhile, like a long while, 2-3 weeks. I checked on Tuesday of this week and the site was back up, but this time no phone numbers. I have called all the numbers on every site he has running and only one works, the one listed on omputerfinance.com. You only get voice mail but the message says you have called pc direct biz huh...imagine that!
I have sent him e-mails and I have left him voicemails. No responses. I read in one of the rip off reviews for one his companies that the georgia attorney general was pursueing a case, but that was about a year ago. I wonder what happened to that. Mr. Cook's companies have been ripping people off for a long time. I have my bank looking into my issue with Mr. Cook. I know there has to be hundreds of victims because I have read so many stories about one of the listed companies ripping someone off. We should all get together and do something about it. Someone tells all us victims how to get him off the internet for good and how to get our money back!
