This site is an open forum for employees, ex-employees, and consumers with issues about certain companies. While you have every right to take issue with the way Connie Dietz runs her district or conducts herself in a professional environment, you come across as bitterly biased and absolutely unprofessional when you attack her appearance (which, in my opinion, is WAY above par). For your argument to have any clout, consider editing out the low blows (e.g. plastic surgery remarks, "lizzard lip" reference to Kevin) and focusing on the real issues at hand (e.g. hiring practices, management problems). As a former co-worker of T.R., I want to put on record that she does not have a drinking problem and that her skills as a saleswoman are extremely impressive. And, yes, I have spent time in the field with her. Besides, why attack and discredit someone with whom you clearly have no beef with (because you would have mentioned it if you did)? As far as the management styles of Connie and Kevin are concerned, I choose to remain neutral in my comments. You have every right to voice your opinion (and thank you for exercising that right), but consider voicing your concerns with a bit more diplomacy. After all, the whole world can read what you have to say.
