Conseco Finance Scammers Change their story, when it is convenient for them deceptive company Rapid City South Dakota
I purchased my manufactured home in November 2001, i knew I had a High interest rate, but, I accepted it, because of a bankruptcy 2 yrs ago, so i decided to go with conseco, they told me I could refinance and get it lower, but i had to wait til I made the 12th payment on my home, so, the end of october 2002, i made my 12th payment, which was almost a month early, then, I called conseco to begin the "streamline" refinance process i was told they could do for me 2 weeks prior.
Well,well,well, what do u know, all of a sudden, now they don't do refinancing of manufactured homes, how quaint, so, now, good luck finding a lender that does manufactured home refinancing, for home only, hahaha, what a d**n joke. Now, I am stuck with this god awful interest rate of 14.75%, for how long?? who the hell knows, this is sooooo rediculous, the only thing anyone could tell me from conseco, well, that could be understood, since apparently noone can speak any type of understandable english there, was to try in a few months, "maybe" they would be doing refinance loans again. So, how many others have went threw this same thing?? I am sure alot!!!!!
