Hah! Nice try you blokes! I didn't catch on the same way others did. Others happened to notice that there is a sentence saying "you may use your platinum card immediately upon receipt for all purchases FROM CREDIT PROVIDER" (Caps mine)...good eye,
I missed that one! I also didn't pay attention to the fact that there are no decals or insignia for Visa or Mastercard, and if it's not either of these two it's suspect. Not to mention no website, e-mail address, or phone number.
What did first catch my eye, no offence to Floridians BTW(great team the Buccaneers, choked Cali out!!)was that this letter came from Tampa Bay, Florida. I've seen so many get rich schemes and other conniving deceptions come out of there on T.V. and internet it is unreal. Got to admit, that was the first alarm.
But the bottom line is folks, this: Don't ever send money out to become a member of something if the details of membership aren't sent to you first. Period. These jokers are trying to sell me a membership package with the details of the terms of membership AFTER I have already joined? Please.
So I did some web research. Took several searches to find anything connected to these thieves, and this site is all that I did find. Be careful folks, follow your gut, that's what it's there for.
