Consumer Health Network $299 credit card Scam Why can't they be stopped? This credit card processing company said that I was preapproved for a $2000 credit card and a health package including 65% off of prescription drugs. They recorded me agreeing to their terms and I (stupidly) gave them my checking acount number. When I called back to ask more questions about the credit card, they hung up on me.
When I finally did get someone on the phone they confessed that the credit card was actually a credit card application, and that it would be up to what ever bank to decide what my credit limit would be. I demanded to be removed from their database and again was hung up on. I immediately closed my checking account and reopened it under a new account number so that they would not have access to it.
I have read dozens of complaints about this company. How can bring them down?

Commercial Health Network is also know as Consumer Health Network and/or National Health Network. This is clearly credit card fraud.
