Still after 3 weeks, John or Dorthy from Continental hasn't returned a call to discuss. They are not professional at all. They use unprofessional repair shops, they don't return any calls. They also put bogus info in the Better Business Bureau website claiming they have 100% complaint resolution. That is false. They haven't resolved my complaint. How can you explain that? So, John if your reading this, get a set of balls and call me to discuss this serious matter.
