I purchased a continental warranty for my truck. After 4 months I had oil and coolant mixing and the truck keep overheating. I called Continental and they referred me to a shop that they deal with. The shop claimed they fixed the issue. After 3 weeks the same issue occured. My check oil light came on and the truck overheated again. There was no oil leaks on my pavement. Turns out that the oil and coolant mixed again.

Again Continental told me to go the another 1 of their shops. My truck has been in and out of "Their" shops 8 times for the same reason. All shops claimed they "Fixed the issue". The last time I tried to put in a claim at "Their" shop my policy was cancelled. They looked for any reason to cancel the policy. They claimed they could verify the oil change reciepts.

How can they not verify "Their" shop reciepts and Jiffy Lube. Continental has poor people skills. All are idiots! I had to take my truck to a real repair shop and they diagnosed the issue. The same issue their shop claimed they repaired numerous times. Cost me $900 out of pocket. They since won't return any of my phone calls or reimburse me for the repair that "Their" idiot shops couldn't fix.

I would not recommend Continental for anyone. You are wasting your money and you will be dealing with thieves!! There are several other quality warranty companies out there and their fee's are more reasonable. Also you will have your issue fixed the first time around!!

Still after 3 weeks, John or Dorthy from Continental hasn't returned a call to discuss. They are not professional at all. They use unprofessional repair shops, they don't return any calls. They also put bogus info in the Better Business Bureau website claiming they have 100% complaint resolution. That is false. They haven't resolved my complaint. How can you explain that? So, John if your reading this, get a set of balls and call me to discuss this serious matter.
