Cooper Family Medicine insurance rip-off Springdale Arkansas
The doctors assitant that takes care of filing insurance sent all my insurance paper work in jan 2005 instead of sending it in monthly of 2004. My claims are completely denied because of this incompetent way of handling insurance billing.
