Corey Baker Paint and Drywall Unfinished interior paint job, sloppy work, inadequate time frame, no returned calls Oklahoma City Oklahoma
My fiance and I hired Corey Baker to paint the entire interior of our home. He stated that he would not ask for the money until we were satisfied with the job. After four days of work, he asked to be paid and that he would return the following day for touch-ups and any fixes we noted. He never returned to complete the work, and he and his employees left our home in a MESS. Paint was left splashed on mirrors, furniture, and flooring. Edges and base boards were painted sloppily, and there are drips on nearly every wall. The drawers in the kitchen were never touched, and the cabinets look horrible. Above all of that, two pieces of very sentimental jewelry are missing from our home. After several attempts to contact them to finish the work, we didn't hear a word from them until they were contacted by our realtor about the missing jewelry. Mr. Baker sent threatening text messages to my fiance about the missing jewelry, but didn't bother to mention the fact that he'd taken our money without finishing the job. We are beyond disappointed, frustrated, and angry.
