Pewaukee,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Fri, November 06, 2015
I can relate to this. Although I wasn't fired from this company, I knew better not to let them do that to me bc I've seen way too much of my ex co workers getting fired. Instead I walked out on a Friday. I have been packing my belongings all week long walked out on Friday. The management is awful. I have gone through four DM's, and four SM's, & oh and two RM's. They get rid of alot of people after tax season. I should just call it "tax clean up." Bc people get their tax returns and didnt need to use the cash store's service anymore; employees will get fired. I guess they must've liked me bc i refused SM position. I am so glad i dont work there anymore. But i do miss some customers, they were the reason i stayed and I honestly tell the ones who are nice to me to NOT utilize the service again! They understand, and some take it to heart knowing im just trying to help them. Training is strictly lies. "How to lie and lure in potential customers." After working in that industry, I will NEVER trust and use srvcs like that.
