I had 50 boxes to move.  They needed to pick them up 2 days early.  Picked up Feb 23, 2010.  They did not remember to bring their dolly and while trying to carry 3 boxes at a time, they dropped several...all china.  After loading they said they could "see" I was over weight.

My estimate was for 2000 lbs.  I had the same boxes moved to the storage unit the year before.  The total weight was 900 lbs.  Somehow they "gained weight".   Since I was in a bind and my move had started I told them to put it in writing and I would take it up with the company later after my things were "officially weighed".

My things were to be delivered on March 3.  They never arrived until March 18th.  Before they would unload my possessions they wanted an extra $100.  I tried calling the company but no one answered.  I had to pay the $100.00.

Two (2) boxes were missing and it was written down on my contract.

I continued to call the office and finally reached someone late in the afternoon.  I was told someone would get back to me.

It is now July 21, 2010.  I am pushed from one person to another.  I have been asked "What company delivered you things?"  Imagine my surprise to find out I was sub-contracted out without my knowledge; they don't even know who they sub-contracted with; and they continually ask me to try and find out who the sub-contractors!!

Today I was sent to a new person to filled out another complaint.  After calling the new number I was told they would "call me back" and to "have my contract ready".  But since they will not tell me when this "call back" may occur I guess I need to sit by my phone for another 5 months.

Do I care about the money ... no.  Do I understand the broken china...yes.  Can I live without the missing 2 boxes...yes.  But what I can't accept is the total lack of customer service; the finger pointing; the dishonesty; and the feeling of being RIPPED OFF!!!!
