County Motorsports They sold me a LEMON that is not even legal in this state! Clovis California
I bought my scooter from their on-line store. When I received it, it would not start. It took 3 weeks to get tech support to help via telephone. The scooter ran hot on trips more that 15 miles. After replacing all fluids, it continued to run hot and got progressively worse. A hose melted 3 times, and finally the muffler literally fell apart. Very little response from customer service and no contact for 4 months. Forget ever talking to someone on the telephone. My mechanic told me the scooter is not on the CARB list of approved vehicles so I contacted the agency. It is currently still under investigation but preliminarily I was told it is not legal.
This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. They really don't seem to care what happens after the sale.
