Complaint Review: Courtney Talbot KayzK9 - Holland Landing Ontario

Lies upon lies. The CKC has proof that Courtney sells sick dogs. They advised me to take her to court, Courtney provided falsified contract. I provided the original stating full CKC registration. however , Court has to take place in the origon of seller. I will not travel to Ontario  to take her to court.

My money is spent on the mountains of bills taking care of my sick fur kid.

This poor girl has breathing issues, cherry eye, relapsed tongue, one functioning kidney, multiple allergies, her ears Oh my gosh where to start...  She is on a special ear tratment that will be life long.  Solid bowel movements don't exist for this girl. As Courtney is aware of  from emails sent.  Courtney is also aware that she is too sick to spay. So now this poor girl has to endure heats, which stress her hormones, allergies, kidneys, breathing....   I would love to have surgery to help with her breathing , but she won't be able to survive the procedure.

I bought my furkid  for  therapy work and to compete in obedience and  performance trials. However, one needs CKC papers to compete.  We are unable to register in CKC events due to lack of papers. Her progressive ill health and lack of the ability to breathe put an end to that dream as well. Therapy dog, performance dog... nope, no bowel control... She has no stamina, Her breathing is so bad aftter chasing the ball two times she needs a long rest.   You can hear her laboured breathing  a block away.  It's hard for her going to dog parks and  on walks when she is leashed , she can't play and run with the others  as she doesn't know when to stop before collapsing.

Due to her kidney issues all her food is hand made,  I had to put in a filtered water system to cook her food and for her drinking water. Prognosis is not good. She won't be here for a long time but it will be as good a time as I can make it.

 I will love my girl and give her the best life possible.  However, I cry for what she is going through. When the vet says it's time I will be saying goodbye way too soon. Please don't buy from Courtney Talbot or George.  They are a puppy mill in disguise!!l

Health testing a scam , Courtney? You could have saved my girl and I'm sure many of your other pups these health problems. They didn't ask to be born. Your greed did!!

I signed a contract. Courtney produced a different contract sent by email she states I signed. A contract with different wording not signed by me. Puppy has been plagued with different illnesses, more often than usual puppy things. When I asked Courtney to provide papers in June 2017 she proceeded to ask for more money than the contract stipulates. She also referred to my handsome boy. I bought a girl. She breeds so many puppies she can't keep them straight. However, if one investigates she breeds puppies younger than 8 mos. of age.

She does not health test her dogs. She has 5 + litters a year.  Courtney has now slandered me on Fb. because I have called her on her lies and her refusal to provide reg. papers. There are several complaints at the Canadian Kennel Club. There is also a complaint at Ontario's BBB. This woman has no integrity pumping out litter after litter of french bulldog puppies from puppy parents that haven't been health tested. Or breeding multiple litters on every heat from her poor girls.

Deborah purchased a chocolate pied puppy in Sept 2016. She purchased the pup as a pet and not a breeding female. I have her signed contract that this is a pet only pup. At just over a year later (when this female would have been going into heat) I received a message from her asking were her Registration papers were.

I asked her to provide prof of spay and thats when she said she never discussed with me if this dog was to used for breeding or a pet! I informed her that we did as per contract and thats when Debroah started with the lies and trying to bully me into giving her breeding papers so she could breed the female I sold her! She lives in Victoria BC and had never ever Set foot in my home and has no biases for calling me a puppymill and has zero idea about my breeding practises.

If the dog that i sent her was so sick then why did she try to fight with CKC to give her breeding papers? The Canadian Kennel Club sided with me after I sent them prof that she was being deceitful and trying to scam me. I have never had any complaints except the few lies and write up that Debroah Watts has done in order to try to put a bad name on me because her scam didn't work. I have all communications with her over the last 2 years and her stating that her puppy is amazing and healthy!

All my dogs live inside my home with my family and my pups are raised in my bedroom they are healthy happy very well socialized babies and everyone who has purchased a pup from me has been happy and stays in contact with me. I have pet/ breeder refrences as well as Vet refrences of how i care for my dogs. If you do your research you will see that frenchies dont have there first heat at 7 months old and we only breed on the 2nd heat which is around 16 months of age.

You can see all of this on my FB as you watch each puppy I have grow up over the 16 months and my announcementannoucments of pregnacy! Debroah paid $4000 and this is standard pet price. Courtney is verbally threatening me with harm, since I have taken action against her. She has asked friends who live in my area to intervene.   She is not someone, one can trust.  Definitely seeing the flip side of her personality. The show for buyers when taking ones money, the unstable personality when called on her misdeeds. I will never deal with this person again. Everything will be handled by CKC.  Definitely an unbalanced individual.  I am truly worried for my dogs safety after everything my little girl went through in the first months of her life.   It's scary to know Courtney may send someone here to take her.  Police have been notified.
