Covershield Sold me junk and took my money Gardena California
I purchased a model ETSC-02-4224 Folding Tote Shopping Cart from your web site and sold by Won Lane-Covershield. Order #5061635462970. It arrived with damaged hardware for the swivel wheels and could not be assembled. The shipping label said 60 Day 100% money back guarantee. I called 1-800-221-0718 and was told to take a picture of the damage and text it to 323-929-2296 and I will get a text with further instructions. No return text so I called customer service again and they hung up on me with no further communication. A Walmart customer service rep said they will "escalate" my complaint and I have not heard from them either. I have since purchased another from Amazon and it arrived in a few days in excellent condition.
