On January 29, 2005, I made an error when I claimed that C&P Pump Services didn't have insurance when my car was involved in an accident that accured on January 22, 2004. I mistakingly reported to my insurance company that it was a Dodge truck that hit me. When i fact it was a Ford F-350 owned by Ronnie G. James. Because of this error my insurance company paid the claim. I apalogize for this mistake. Please, don't let my mistake stop anyone from doing bussiness with C&P Pump Services. Thank You,
Barry

Cliff, You should alert the local police and Tezxas DPS. I have a subscription to ww.publicdata.com and I checked that Driver's licence number and criminal history in Texas. Mr. Cooper has been a guest of TDCJ before so law enforcement in Texas are familiar with him. In Texas you have to provide proof of insurance to renew your annual registration. If a fraudulent document was used this is a serious matter.

I had this happen to me (it wasn't a company, it was an individual) and my insurance company called to tell me that the driver who hit me did not have proper insurance. I called the Highway Patrol (in Kansas), told them the car's license number, the driver's name and that they were not insured. Since it is against the law to drive a car in this state without insurance, the police would have to revoke the license plate. I'm not sure what happened, by my deductible was suddenly paid. If Texas has the same law, I'd certainly give it a try.
