Complaint Review: CPS Dallas TX - Dallas Texas

My Name is Tracey and i am the proud mother of a beautiful 7yr. old little girl & since 6/15/15 I have been inot a ongoing custoxdy battle with my childs father who is also a registered sex offender, i have been takign care & providing for my daughter since the day she was born, wile her father had been in & out of prison, in 2015 after being released i have been going thru litigation every since, he has been filing reports back to back on any & everything, i have loss multiple jobe behind his behavior & have been going thru over 40+ court litigations since then, i have had to relocate ob several different ocassions, even fleeing to a domestic violence facility at one point, he has been so relentless in his persuit to even have the judge Don Turner to allow him to serve me via email & i was told that, that showed as me being served or i would be held in contempt, there have been other times when I have been served during a court procedding, how Dallas county has allowed him to get away away with this for this long has been insane as he has always signed an innability to pay, so in Novenmer 2016, not the father but the step mother (his wife) to our child was granted temporary cusdody of our child even though they both resided in the same home on the basis of me getting myself back established, and there was also a stipulation put in place of him not being not being able to leave the home with our as he had done previoulsy, subjecting her to different types of people, ultimately meaning females that he had been involved with ( part of why that stipulation had originally been put in place,

there is much more to this but I will go back to CPS, on Setember 27th 2017,    the judge granted me back my custody of our child however the following day 10/28 SOMEONE mysterioulsy contacted CPS and filed a report with CPS claiming abuse, neglect etc, however even though I was granted custody on that day my child was not return home until the following day 10/29, so on 10/2 I enrolled in her new school, on 10/3 i was contacted by a CPS woker asking me questions regarding my address, my childs school etc, so when i asked her what this was in regards to she stated that she will be coming out to conduct a home visit, however a few hours later she called me back & asked me to come into the office so when i asked her why, she just simply stated that her & her supervisor wanted to talk with me, so after I picked my daughter up from the school bus, we wen to the CPS office where i was asked a series of qustions and as I then informed her that I was aware of WHO made the allegations & told her why, it was a person that I stayed with less then a month until my apartment became available & while in her home as i was genoruously providing exspenses "substancial amount"  of money i had on previous ocassione  allowed the use of my vehicle and also while in her home I had not only witnessed her abusing her 9 yr old stepdaughter, i also resorded her, so on one ocassion I had contaced the little girls school and made an annoynomos report, but when nothing was ever done,

so on the day that i was moving out I brought it to her attention in which it became physical to which i was assaulted & she was arested on family violence charges, and all of this was explained to CPS however they were ot interested in that (nor did no one from there orginazation EVER wanted to hear the recordings of the abuse) i previously played it to my my boss & he was the one who urged me to contact CPS, it is sad to say but that is something that i will NEVER do again, because they removed my daughter for my home but calle it a safety plan no judge, no court order, no home visit NOTHING and basically saying that if i did not agree to those terms that my daughter would have to possibly be sent to foster care,  so although the stepmother & her father had parted ways I still attempted to contack her and when she did not answer CPS urged me to contact her father event though it was against my better judgement i did, so he came, and I noticed that CPS was not at all bothered when i informed him that he was a registered sex offender nor did they even take the time to run his back ground, theu just handed her off liek they knew him,

so following that whole ordeal, a half of the week went by, not only would he not allow me to speak, see, or be around my daughter, as a matter of fact, cps did not become involved again until as i was sending them emails whating answeres regarding her removal & reporting them to Austn that they went and removed my daghter from her father to reside once again with her stepmother, afer that her father went back to the courts & asked them to modify the custody stating htat i was un able to provide a stable home for our daighter & although the judge dismissed it because there was another pending litigation areond the corner that the district attorney (Amicus) requested to re-open the evidence regarding Taylors removal, on @ different ocassions, hearings CPS NEVER showed up, so now the judge has issued a bench trial scheduled for next month and advised the district attorney to souboena who she needed to,

since the month of October I have been required to provide the following, alcohol assessment, - not issues, mental assessment - no issues, drug assessment, hair annalysis - in which i was told at 1st was negative however 2 months later as my case was handed off to another CPS person stated that i have now tested positive for crack cocaine and even though i told her how is that now possible considering 1. I HAVE NEVER DONE THAT DRUG, how is now coming up since the soubpena, she said that it was missed but however informed that if i would just come clean about my use we can then move forward, i will not own something that i have never done, and begged to be retested on several different ocassions, so a few weeks later she sends me a text message nstructing me to have a urine specimen done, once again negative, i week prior that date i was once again instructed to have another urine specimin done and also a hair test - i have since then had to take more assessments including a physological evaluation & a drug assesment i have since asked fr those results have yet to hear anythingback from her , there is still more but I have said alot all ready, i apologise for the mis spelling im just mentallay and emotionally exhaused through all of this
