Complaint Review: CPS Texas Ranger Todd Snyder - Child Protective Services - Dumas ,dalhart Texas

This I believe I know for a fact.Had anyone of you out there had custody of this child,were told the things she said,observed the things she ws doing.Would fight for this childs safety.There is no way in this world could a child this age know the things she was saying! Her actions screamed the truth very very loudly.Her therapist called Kendra Hicks of the Texas Family Protective services on at least 3 occasions,I am aware of.Even telling Kendra to find the boy and do a polygraph test on him.This was never done.Because of the lies of Texas Ranger Todd Snyder, the childs therapist wanted a meeting with him,Todd was told.Todd never accepted the meeting.I was reporting on deaf ears.I was forced to seek help anywere or way possible.I  was forced to turn to the internet.I read a lot about this childs scituation,learned a hell of a lotabout this topic,learned that you never ever bring up what happened to the victim BUT if the victim brings it up,listen and comfort the best you can.REPORT IT !! I comforted and rocked this child to sleep on many occasions.She would cry saying she was sorry,she was  sorry for letting the person hurt her.I had to reassure her that she was not bad,it was not her fault.How can you shut up and stop, knowing what a child said to be the absolute truth.This little girl at the age of 3 told me to buy a gun and kill the person that hurt her.She should never be saying this.if I would have shut my mouth,ignored her cries ,I would not have pissed off TFPS or the Judge.On the other hand had I shut my mouth,had I ignored the child,she got seriously hurt because I ignored her,I would end up in jail for knowingly placing a child into danger.Especially imminent danger.Had one person done a real investigation actually spoke to the child,showed her pictures,she would have pointed out the person responsible for hurting her.They would have actually spoke to the person of interest.Things she told me after being removed while around the person that hurt her assured me he was still hurting her.Thankfully he is now out of the family picture and has not been around her in the past 4 years.

I have to be,Rose is my granddaughter.Even tho I can never be alone with her,I do love her with all my heart.Thank you for being her friend,for trying to protect her.i am quite sure after you reported to TDFS,the report was placed in her  files.Never to be seen again.Ignored.Other than myself and her old therapist nobody wants what is best for this poor little girl.It breaks my heart to see what is happening to her.And I know they are not dealing with any of her issues ,do to what did happen to her!!! It would open a whole new can of worms,and the evil family will not let that happen.I call them evil because for years they have been trying to convince this poor child that the bad things THAT DID HAPPEN,did not. Could you imagine the confusion in her mind.SHE knows the TRUTH.yet thosse that are supposed to be there for her,ARE NOT !!!It really angers me the way everything unfolded.They wanted to take her from her safe haven,because I refused to drop everything.I refused to ignore her cries,I refused to ignore the things she was telling me.I r efused to give up protecting her and her rights to be safe!!!!! Better to remove the child than to actually do there jobs of protecting her,it was to much work.Why do what they are really paid for?Just my thought on the not wanting to actualy geet off their asses and do some real good.Why did  you all take oathes ,if you never had any intentions of upholding them?

My granddaughhter at the age of 3 years old and 1 day told me what happened to her.As the weeks went on she added more to her story.Not because I asked her,but because she was telling me.I never asked her about what happened,but I always listened to her,reassured her when needed.Held her,rocked her every night as she cried herself to sleep.Watched in shock as she acted out.Got her therapy! Not once did I give up on capturing the molestor.Only to be heard by deaf ears!!!!Ignored like nothing ever happened.It did she told me.There is no way in hell a child this age could make up a story like this!!!! There was no way in hell she was doing the things she was doing,UNLESS it really happened.I knew this and so did her therapist.Not one person in Dalhart was willing to investigate the molestor!!!! Instead someone decided to turn this into ME falsifying everything,into me committing pergury!!!!! Someone decided to war against me !!! The Sheriff was a total joke!!!! I got a hold of the CEnter Of Missing and exploited children,they got a hold of Bruce Scott.Bruce Scott  called me a few days later.He told me about the Center Of Missing And exploited Children  contacting him,wanted him to investigate the molestation of the child,He had investigated and found it not to be true??? How did he investigate?? He never contacted the child ,he never spoke to her.He did not know the name of her molestor,so how did he investigate??? I sent him a letter expressing my concern on this.He got a Texas Ranger to investigate.This ws a total joke,I dpoke to this Ranger Todd Snyder for 3 hours on tape!!!Told him everything that the child said,the things she was doing.Instead of investigating.He decided to make up a story,saying I admitted to orchestrating her molestation,in order to move with her to Ct. I told Todd Snyder during the investigation that I spoke with 2 Attornies,showed them the custody papers I had.They both stated there was absolutetly no reason why I can not take her out of State to live!! Bottom line here is I believed the child,I did not stop fighting for her right to be safe !!! it pissed off the Judge,TDFS,CASA,the sheriff,a few of the DPD.I know what the child told me as the  truth !!!!!! So did her therapist.For some reason Dalhart does not want what is best for th e child.Why?? The childs mother told the TDFS and the DPD that she to believed that the child was molested,but not by who the child said it was.It had to be someone living in our house with the child,or a relative of ours from Conn.She told them in July of 2003.Why did they let her stay in our home without investigating this possibility?Why did they leave her in our home for a full year to be molested???? Wouldn't a person in their right mind remove the child from a place she could be being molested in ??? a lot of things do not add up. It is not due to me.sadly it is by those people put in place to PROTECT an innocent child!!!!!  Decided not to !!!!!! WHY??????  Sadder is they were allowed to get away with it !!!!

Unfortunatly the state of Texas will do nothing to protect this poor child.Either Judge Ron Enns or Kendra Hicks of the TDFS,started a conspiracy not to protect Rose.Dragging in a Texas Ranger,half of the Dalhart Police Department into the conspiracy against Me,for trying to protect Rose from more harm.In the time I had  custody of Rose,not one person in Dalhart was there to protect her.All abuses done to her by her mom while in my custody,went uninvestigated.We had plenty of false investigations.Like the one done by Todd Snyder of the Texas Rangers.We spoke for over 3 hours at the Dalhart Sheriffs office,this was put on tape.Todd Snyder asked me if he could tape our interview,of course I said yes he could.This tape was not in court.MATTER od FACT, Texas Ranger Todd Snyder said that no tape existed????? I saw him put the tape in the recorder,I saw him turn the tape over,to continue our investigation,I then watched him put in another tape.Putting the first tape in a little box.Then he has the nerve to lie on the stand,saying there was no taping!! I told Todd Snyder ,I spoke to 2 Attornies,both attornies read my custody papers,both attornies told me there was absolutetly no reason why I could not take Rose and move out of state.Why would I need to make up any type of story in order  to move away with her????? Why would the Ranger not give up the tapes of our 3 hour investigation??Why would Todd Snyder lie in court about these tapes? Why would Todd Snyder falsify a whole report? Stating I admitted to orchestrating her molestation in order to move her to Conn?Todd Snyder decided to join in on the conspiracy.His oathes he took to become a Ranger are nothing but lies.He did nothing to protect a child.He chose to please  Judge Enns.Todd Snyder does not deserve the rights to wear a Texas Ranger Badge.He deserves to sit in jail!Right along with Judge Enns.CASA also decided to join in on the consppiracy.One thing I did learn studying laws.When a conspiracy has been committed,there are no statute of limitations,until the conspiracy has been righted.I believe in the state of Texas we will not find justice.Dalhart is a corrupt little town,with a lot of corrupt minded people.Why did nobody want to here from Priscilla Klienpeter??She was Roses therapist.She called Kendra(worker forTDFS)  to report abuse being done to Rose.She called to report the molestation of Rose.Why was she not allowed on the stand?CASA of Dalhart what a joke,they to joined in the conspiracy,they turned there backs on the safety of the child to please the wants of  Judge Enns.Thank you Joanne Moore for not protecting the best interest of the child.All because you wanted your best friend Jolene to have Rose!!!!(Jolene is the sister of Sheila,and Joannes best friend!!!!!!).1 conspirator and lots of coconspirators!!!!

Truth was ignored.THere has to be an attorney out there somewere willing to bust this wide open!!!!! Lots of crimes committed by those in place that were supposed to protect the child !!!!! Instead they did NOTHING!! Except please Judge Enns !!!!!

Judge Ron Enns of Dalhart Texas is personal friends with the Davis family-the only reason the child was placed back into the Davis home.Her safety is not the issue to Ron Enns,keeping childhood friendships alive was his only gain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Texas Ranger Todd Snyder followed suit,he is a co conspirator in this  case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reading his false report,you can tell he did nothing at all in investigating the molestation of the child.Other than myself,he spoke to noone that had personal knowledge of the child.He spoke to people that maybe saw the child a total of 2 hours in almost 3 years time,why did he not talk to her Aunt and uncles that saw her on a day to day basis???These relatives could have told him the way the child was acting out,and the things she was telling them about her molestation!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Texas DFPS worker Kendra Hicks lied on the stand,forged my  signature on medical release forms,then hid these signed forms before the investigators showed up at the Texas DFPS office of Dalhart Texas.I have Kendras admission to these signed release forms,It is in the report done by the Texas Ranger.

A lot of people in Dalhart Texas worked hard in covering up the abuses being done to this child,and they worked extra hard in covering up her molestation.

To all that aided and abbetted Judge Ron Enns wishes,you are all guilty of misprision of a felony,guilty of allowing a child to be abused,guilty of her molestation,guilty of any trama or abuses she has endured.Shame on Judge Enns and Judge Fields for tampering with a witness.Joanne Moore of CASA 69 went to Judge Enns on 3 occasions to help the child,she was told by Judge Enns CASA is not on the case,the 4th time Joanne Moore went to Judge Enns was in Feb 2004,he then told Joanne Moore you are not involved with the child,Joanne Moore then showed the court papers ,I gave her ,were CASA 69 was left in charge of the care of the child,the very next day CASAwas served with papers,(I have copies of this) removing CASA from helping the child.I went to Judge Fields told him everything,then either Judge Fields,  Judge Enns  or both confronted Joanne Moore of CASA.The next time I spoke to Joanne Moore she told me,everythin,I was told by CASA ,was from someone else and not her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know for a fact who Joanne Moore is,and know it was her I spoke to.matter of fact,she has it in writing on one of her reports on the child,we spoke about 56 times according to her own words in a report!!!!!!!!!!

These people no matter what there title is should be held responsible for there crimes.

Trust me the child can come after all of you through the courts.The statute of limitations on a child that has been molested,last about  18 years after the time she remembers what happened to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The parents  of this child work.They also have 2 other kids.It seems that because mommy works from 5am to 2pm in the afternoon.The kids stay with other relatives during the week,only come home on the weekends.Because mommy and daddy can not handle kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The one child named above is still being abused,mentally.Evenby the ones she stays with all week.The great grandfather brought a ATV for the younger sister.He asked the older one to drive it as fast as she could,he wanted to make sure it was safe for his blood granddaughter!!!!!!!!!!! How sad is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other 2 children that belongs to both parents are treated way better.Get to dress better also.

They think they are not hurting this child ,they are!!!!!

It is sad to say that the pattern of abuse will continue.The childs grandmother was abused by her mom.The childs mom was abused by her mom.And now we have the child that has been being abused non stop from 4 months old until now 10 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Everything I said is TRUE !!!!! I have no reason to lie,I showed the custody papers to 2 seperate attornies,they both said,I could at any time take Rose out of state,to live . I did not need to make up any stories at all to move out of State with Rose!!!!!!!!!! In the court papers,I already had permission to move away.These papers were signed in November 2002. I figured if I moved Rose out of State it would limit the amount of Physical abuses she was forced to endure while visiting with her mom and stepfather.DFPS and the Police were doing nothing to protect Rose from  being abused.They were all to busy trying to cover up her abuse,and yes they worked hard in covering up her molestation. There is evidence even today that she was  molested.Instead of helping her, getting her the therapy she needs to deal with what happened, they are trying to convince her,everything that "did happen to her,Did not". They are denying this poor child any help she needs.

It does not state if you protect the child from harm,report there abuses the child gets taken,put with those abusing them.That is exactly what happened here in Dalhart!!!!!!!!!!!!That is exactly what happened to this child. If a child is abused/molested do not report it,handle it your self,because the child looses. The outcome may have been justified constitutionally had H.D.Attorney of law in Channing( also relative of molested child and her molestor),also very good friends with the judge,not come into play.The best interest of the child would have been assured,not the best interest of friendship between attorney and the judge ........ That is Fact you can bank on..... Attorney /judge bond verses Child safety.Does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Please seek counseling.If thats what you feel will help.If I thought counseling would get all caught for their crimes,I would be there in a heartbeat. I don't need drugs,drugs aren't going to work,not unless those that did wrongs are punished.The Judge,Texas Ranger etc... and all that jumped on the conspiracy bandwagon,to please a bar member related to the family!!!!!!! Any SaneJudge that read the records on this child,definetly would not have placed the child back,however a Judge that is friends with a fellow member of the bar would!!!And did.According to The Canons of a judge,that is a big nono,Judge should have recused himself.His friendship,the fact that Attorney H.DAvis and him went to the same law school,fellow members of the bar, was perfect grounds for recusal!!!I spend time studying the laws Sheila.Working, spending time with my husband and my grandkids.There was a time after all this crap,were I ignored everyone,including myself.Spent 16 -17 hours a day every day on the computer,for almost 3 years straight.That was getting me nowere fast!!! Jean, talking to you on here has opened many feelings that I buried many years ago. Please trample me lightly as I am putting my heart on the line. This was written with many tears. I am not as strong of a person as you are. You have fought with the Judge, CPS, Texas Rangers and everyone else that has crossed your path. You have shouted from the mountain tops over this. I have watched and it did you no good. After Christina had Rose she was still living with me and I thought she was going to be the best mom in the world, and she was for about two weeks and then EVERYTHING got thrown into my lap. I was the one that fed, bathed, got up in the middle of the night with Rose. I took her to work with me everyday. I was the only mother that Rose knew and I was okay with it. When Rose was 6 months old Christina moved out and took Rose with her. I was devistated. I knew she would not be taken care of properly and I was right. After Rose was burned I got temporary custody of her and I thought all was going to be allright. I was very wrong. We went to court and that day the very same Judge, CPS, and all put Rose back into that abuse. I am telling you this to let you know that I feel your pain. It is not the pain of loosing a granddaughter, it is the pain of loosing your baby. Most people get counceling or help of some kind, I guess I should have and maybe still need it. I have never really delt with it all, because that day Rose went back to my daughter I have never been able to be around little kids again. I will not get hurt like that again. People say deal with it. But unless they have been in our shoes they don't understand. I chose to bury the feelings about the Judge, CPS, and all, because I knew it would do me no good. From watching you deal with them, I was right. It looks like to me you are dealing with it a lot better than me, because you want to have your grandkids around you all of the time. I can't put my heart out there again it hurts to bad. I understand when you didn't allow visitation to Christina and had thoughts of getting lost with Rose. I had the same feelings. I know Rose is not being abused now, in 2009 and I only pray that she never again has to go through it again. I know you never want to see my ugly face or fat cow a*s again, but the reality is you may have to. Rose will some day graduate from high school, are you going? ya, me too! Rose will be getting married some day, are you going? ya, me too! See what I am saying? We can make this tollerable or we can make it miserable. We don't have to be friends. I never said that the teacher got fired because of me, however there was another parent that was having a problem with their child and the teacher. Maybe she got fired because of that problem. I have no way of knowing. There is a God and you may find peace with Him. I do not go to church pretending to be almighty or to fix anyone elses problems. I go because I need to fix my own problems. Jean, I was standing here painting my front room and thinking about this whole situation surrounding us and I had to start laughing. I was thinking about when I found out that I was going to be a grandmother for the very first time. My daughter called me and told me the news. A member of her family was telling her the options that she had and one of them was abortion. That very minute almost nine years ago I became a raving maniac. There was no way in h. that my first grandbaby was going to be killed and I felt like situation after situation that I was constantly trying to keep this baby alive. Jean while painting it was then that I realized that what you need most of all is validation. To anyone that this may matter to: Yes, the abuse that took place DID happen. However, some of the details that Jean has described are not correct and it may not be Jean's fault. She may have been miss-informed. Take for instance when Rose was 4 months old and Jean thought that she had drowned. If she had drowned she would be dead. What really happened is when my daughter was giving her a bath I guess Rose must have rolled over or something and she got water in her nose and mouth. I ran to the bathroom and grabbed her out of the bathtub, not even giving my daughter a chance and I flipped her upside down and started beating the water out of her, while my husband called 911, Rose coughed and spitted up water and all was back to normal. Never did she ever loose consciousness. The other things that happened to Rose when she was a baby was not intentional abuse, rather a lack of maturity on my daughters part. Another thing that mis-information to Jean was when my sister and I went to the funeral parlor and talked to the owner. My sisters both went to school with him and his wife. He is a very perfessional christian businessman and we asked him who we could talk to to get help BEFORE he had to bury my granddaughter. NEVER did anyone ask him to measure her for a coffin. The owner was even selected as Dalhart's Citizen of The Year that year. Jean you are welcome to call him and ask him. Jean I have been married to four men in my life. The first one is the father to all four of my kids, #2 is the one that touched my daughter with her clothes on, he was arrested and booked into jail, my attorney assured me that my daughter would go through much more if she was dragged through the legal system than what her step dad did to her. Him being arrested and spending time in jail was punishment enough. #3 Couldn't handle having to raise four children and his discipline was to harsh. I have been married to #4 for 13 years. I do not regret that I married any of these people and I do not hate any of them. I took from each marriage the lessons that would contribute to my life and I left the rest behind. Getting back to the Rose situation. I had paid to have DNA test for two boys and your son was number three. Your family fully cooperated. When we all found out the results of the test and your son WAS the father I was relieved! It was then that I passed the crazy ball to you and you ran with it! Jean, I was known as the Frantic Grandmother, that is until you came on the scene and showed everybody the true meaning of FRANTIC! I want to thank you for that, because I was really getting tired! You talk about me befriending my daughter only to turn on her again, Jean is telling the truth. Because just when I thought all was clear they did something else to Rose and I reported it to the authorities. I do not have my head in the sand here. I am VALIDATING that these things did happen to Rose. Please know that my daughter and her husband did EVERYTHING that the CPS told them they had to do to get Rose back. They did counceling, parenting classes, and anything else that they were told to do. They fully cooperated. My daughters attorney was very strict with her and her husband. He knew how serious this was. As far as the last court hearing when Jean lost Rose I was not in the court room when it all took place. I was in the hall with all of the other wittnesses for many, many hours. When I got on the stand and my daughters attorney asked me if I thought Christina and Roy were ready to have Rose back I said yes. He also asked me if I ever saw or heard of abuse happening to Rose would I call the authorities again and I told him , yes sir I would. I have stuck by that too. I have called them a couple of times when I saw things that weren't right. The soap in the mouth, I was the one that called, and to correct some mis-information on that situation. I DID NOT get the teacher fired. She was going to retire that year and that is the only reason she is not teaching anymore. Jean, I know why we are Rose's two grandmother's! I accepted that I lost!!!! Why do you think my last post was March 2005??? I did not make Sheila come in here and turn a precious life into a circus!!! People who hurt others with their actions and words are people who are hurting inside themselves! Jean your cause of negative emotion is from a long ago unresolved issue. I understand your frustration of this situation surrounding Rose. I too had the same feelings when she was a baby and I was trying to protect her. I agree that she was abused by her mother and step-father when she was very young. I am not denying that fact. I, myself was the very first one to file a law suit against my daughter trying to protect Rose. Jean, what I am trying to say is this: I have a very close relationship with my daughter Christina and her family now. Yes, in the past while the abuse to Rose was going on this was a VERY different picture. Christina is allowed to have mistakes in her past just like the rest of us. I was a very strict mother to all of my kids and I don't regret it. You are not current on my relationship with them. Sometimes tough love is the only way to get their attention. Your parenting skills were different than mine and that is okay. We both did the best that we could under the circumstances that life delt us. We all have skeletons in our closets and that is what makes us strong. I have spent Spring Break with my lovely daughter and her three kids, yes this includes Rose. Christina and Roy are doing a VERY GOOD job raising their three kids. I am very proud of both of them. Rose is a very well adjusted, friendlly, smart and loving girl. Jean you did a very good job teaching her about life when she was with you. I understand your intentions when you did not allow Christina visitation. Remember, I too had temporary custody of Rose and had to allow Christina visitation. But please remember this was many, many years ago. I of all people share your pain. I UNDERSTAND your pain, because I too was kept from Rose when I was fighting with Christina. This fighting on the internet is only hurting Rose. Jean I do not hate you, I have forgiven you many years ago. It would do you good to forgive the people in this situation that may have done you wrong. Holding unforgiveness will eat you alive. I promise you that Rose is not being abused NOW in 2009, if things change in the future and it starts happening again, I WILL be the first to call the child abuse hot line and report it as I have in the past! Joe don't be fooled by Jean's B.S. I have lived in Dalhart all of my life and I know both families involed in this internet fight real well. Rose is not in any danger of any kind. If she were I would report it myself. Jean is not allowed to make any reports with the child abuse hotline, because she has cried wolf to many times. They will not take her reports, she has to talk someone into doing it for her. Jean was doing just fine with the Rose situation until her son Robert and his wife moved out of town. Jean states herself that the court papers say that she cannot be alone with Rose and that Rose's dad Robert has to be there at all times. Like I said, since Robert moved, Jean is not allowed to see Rose. Now Jean is pissed and is lashing out at everyone. It is Jean's own fault that she does not get to see Rose.

Take your case to the news media in your community -- the television stations, the newspapers. Take it to the national media. Take it to the tabloids like the National Enquirer with all of your documentation. Get a good family law lawyer and go after custody yourself. If y9ou were turned down, file an appeal. Try writing to your elected officials at the state and national level. a way to fiknd out who they are if you don't know is ethepeople dot org. Somebody should be able to help you. This is horrific abuse and it needs to be stopped. You need to contact the Child Abuse Hotline which is toll free and guarantees anonymity. Maybe you can contact the minister of the largest and most influential church in town and see what can be done there. I do not have my law degree or my license or I would go pro bono and do something. Nobody here can help you --at least, I don't think they can because I am not aware of who posts on here. I can't help you. I hope somebody does something before that poor chiold ends up in a mental ward or dead.

I have emailed every one you have mentioned and more,including Dr.Phil.I thought maybe Dr.Phil could help me figure out how to get on with a normal life after going through corruption,lies ,deceit, that these people were fully aware that the child was being abused and they put her back there anyway.They illegally removed achild from my home ,I needed a way to get past this .I heard nothing from anybody.My guess If they looked into it,more lies were told to cover there wrongs.I was made to look like the bad person,and again they got away with there crimes.Noone is going to get past the steele of small town people.And if you don't think these type of people would do any wrongs ,read the other rip off reports.This is NOT an isolated incident. When I stopped visitations ,as time went by I knew I had made the right decision,and had any one of you out th ere had custody of this child at this time ,you would have done the exact same t hing.I thought in order to stop her talking about it,acting out,hurting,I would do everything in my power to keep her constantly busy ,until she was ready to fall asleep, not giving her time to think about the bad things..It was working really well,she was no longer acting out, saying horrible things or scared anymore, In the report from the childs therapist,that every one in court had a copy of, it stated 3 times this therapist told the DFPS to find the man that #### the child and do a polygraph test on him,3 times DFPS did nothing,there is a statement in the report from a Texas DFPS worker that says she is fearful of the childs visit with her mom.Dated 4 months before the hearing.It also stated that the therapist believed the child was being abused at the home of her mom, and this needed to be investigated.It also stated that I request a lie detector test to verify everything I am telling them is the truth.I did nothing wrong except try to protect this child. I tried taking this to my home State I got an attorney from Bridgeport,The Attorney spoke with Judge Enns and told me Judge Enns Was set in his decision,(surprise) and he would not help us.Trust me when I say this there are a lot more illegal options I could have persued in trying to protect the child,but know they are illegal wrong and immoral,I would never put myself or my granddaughter in that position.If there was any legal way possible to get the child to another state that believes children have rights,this would have been done. 4 months child drowned revived by sheila sinclair before ambluance arrived,no charges brought on mom,child returned to mom,10 months old 1st and 2nd degree burns down her back and the back of her legs again,even tho the report says the moms story was not consistent with the injuries,no charges, and the courts again returned the child to the mom,11 or 12 months old fractured collar bone.there is more abuse documented by CASA 69, Every incident the child was returned to more abuse,17 months old mom beats child,calls DFPS come get this child before I hurt her more. Judge eventually places her here,not back with mom, why??? because this time in court the media was there,,,,more people were watching other then Dalhart.(Sheila notified the media). I went to 3 Justice of the peace that stated there was nothing they could do. Went to the family court Judge who refused to listen, stating that Judge Enns is a decent outstanding Judge and would not do that,I told him he was wrong because that is exactly what the Judge did,he threw me out of his office,just for telling the truth,I also told him if you don't believe me ask Joanne Moore CASA 69 worker,because Joanne Moore Had told me on a few occasions she went to Judge Enns to help the child.I saw Joanna A few weeks later,Started to talk to her about the child,and all of a sudden she tells me,All that stuuf you must have heard from another CASA worker,not me. I no exactly who told me Joanne Moore. I wonder how these people sleep at night. Acting under pretenses of child protection.And willfully placing a child into danger.Lots of laws were broke in court,I am not the one that broke them.......God Knows the truth,I know the truth, you no the truth. I have read that in the State of Texas the statute of limitations does not start to toll until a conspiracy has been corrected. I also no for a fact that there is no Statute of limitations of A child that was ##### , she can persue this anytime she wants to..... The problem is when you have so many liars in high places,and my sister is considered a nobody,then the people in high places are the ones that win out. Foster Homes are a neccesity for the states,they get bonus money for any kid adopted to a foster family.Kids get taken from a good home,placed in a foster home and end up dead.Child protection workers lie on a daily basis,never get punished.Why punish those making the grant monies for the states pocketbook ??? There are child protective service workers who have quit because they will not line the states pockets over the safety of a child. Lacefield,he called CPS,that was as far as he investigated ,he to believed what Christina told him. 6.Priscilla Kleinpeter-the childs councelor, Priscilla called Kendra on a few occasions telling her to find the man who molested the child and do a polygraph.Priscilla also had me tell Todd Snyder of the Texas Rangers ,that she wanted to set up a meeting with him. 7.Todd Snyder -Texas Ranger,he was called in after sherriff scott recieved my letter stating I was not pleased with his investigation, Todds investigation consisted of all relatives on the side of the bio mother,2 of which had only seen the child maybe a total of 3 hours in 2 years,one was an aunt the other the maternal grandmother ,they were upset at christina and barely had anything to do with her,the only one interviewed in our family was my husband,then Todd Twisted the words my husband had truly said,to mean what Todd needed them to mean!! I will not go back to the sherriffs office,make up a statement saying ,I lied,then make up a reason why I lied and sign it,that would be lying."LO and Behold Todd Snyder is running around with a statement ,Stating that I jean Marie A Orchestrated the whole molestation to gain full custody of Rose????????????This statement was also used against me in court . 8.Officer Martin-Dalhart Police Department,came to my home in June I believe,The child added more to her story of molestation,officer martin took a report,said he would get back to me,he didn't, I ran into him a few months after,I asked him what was going on,he told me well ,I turned it over to Officer Ford ,Hasn't he contacted you ?I said no. 9.Sheriff Bruce Scott- Dallam Countty Sheriffs Office-He was contacted by the Center Of Missing And Exploited Children ,after I contacted them .He called me to let me know he received a call from the missing and exploited children ,to investigate the molestation of the child ,and that he investigated ,and found the child was not molested, he only spoke to Detective Lacefield and Kendra ,This is what he said. 10.Joanne Moore Casa worker- Tried to go to Judge Enns on a few occasions to get help for the child , every time the judge did nothing .Telling the CASA worker she was not involved in the child s case.Casa was assigned to the child on "01",was kept involved with the child when I gained custody of her these papers were signed in may 2002 leaving CASA involved,when CASA brought this court order to the attention of the judge,papers were signed in Feb.04 removing CASA from the child.CASA worker again was assigned to the child in March 04,CASA gave a very negative report of the child at bios home,also stated no bonding or interactions between the bio mom and the child. 11.The Child-Born 4-16-00-was exhibiting signs in 02 that could have meant sex abuse .I went to and called Kendra Hicks and Josh Pruitt with my stories of suspicions ,each time was told to write this down, and they would place this in the childs files,all reports of physical abuse told to write these down ,they would put them in the childs files.Also went To Detective Lacefield around April 02 ,voicing my concerns to him and the reasons why ,not once had anyone in 02 ever come here and speak with the child.I had started going to the CPS office after many of the 800 calls to the CPS abuse hotline were ignored . 4-17-03-The child told me.We spoke to the detective ,she told him ,she did not say a thing to Kendra the child was taken to a room with Kendra a total stranger to this child ,the child was alone with Kendra for maybe 10 minutes before mommy and the parents of the molestor showed up.Mommy of course lies to Kendra and the detective to protect her interest in the child,not once caring for the child and her needs. 12. Me -Jean A ,Maternal grandmother of the child,soul managing conservator from Nov.29th 2001 until March 3rd 2004. Listened to what the child told me on 4-17-03,listened to the things she added as weeks went by, watched her sexually act out,listened to her everyword ,to her every detail,listened to her telling me she wanted him dead detailing to me how,telling me she cut her privates off,this is a 3 year old child,these things she is doing ,she should not be!!! The things she was thinking and saying were unbelievable comming from a 3 year old.Everything she said or did was on her own ,I never aproached her ,only comforted her the best I could,and always reassured her,she was not bad ,she would not get in trouble.I kept in close contact with the childs councelor,asked her advice each step of the way.always getting her advice on how do deal with each scituation as they arose,not wanting to do further damage to this poor child. I forced 2 bridges ,I emailed organizations world wide I did everything in my power to make them find the molestor of the child.,I stopped court ordered visits,the mom was not for the best interest of the child themom was not eilling to tell the truth to CPS or the detective ,the child was not safe while in moms care.I took a chance to be jailed for 12 years because I BELIEVE THE CHILD!!The charges for my contempt were dropped in Jan.04 . For 2 years this child came home with bruises,or stories of something they had done to her.I had gone to an attorney three times in the 2 years the child lived here,seeking to chnge visitations to supervised at the CPS office each time was told with out proof the judge would not modify the orders. 13. Judge Ron Enns:Judicial court Dallam County Dalhart Texas District 69-Ignored CASA worker Joanne Moore of Dallam County ,each and everytime she went to him with the problems that were happening to the child,2 years CASA went to the Judge on behalf of the child 2 years he did nothing,and prevented CASA from saving the child.He sat on the stand twice and listened to the lies of everyone ,believed them all, with out one single bit of proof what they were saying was the truth.I put that doubt in his mind,the one judges are supposed to look for,And I have the proof to what I am saying is the truth,and that they are lying,NO ONE cares.The child was removed from my home,I am not allowed to be alone with her.Kendra told the judge I had been mentally illing the child for over a year,Kendra told the judge she has special techniques and knowledge to get a child to bond with her and trust her in 10 minutes time,there for Kendra does not have to Follow the procedures of CPS workers title 42.The mother admitted to the judge she believed the child WAS molested,BUT NOT by who the child is saying who molested her,that it is someone who lived in our home,and she told this to the police and to KENDRA!!3. questions here, 1.Why did Kendra leave the child in my care to be mentally illed for a year? 2.Why did Kendra leave the child here to be continually molested for another year?3.How come no-one took the child away from this evil home?If Kendra ever stepped foot in this home or ever investigated the accusations made by the child Jimmy Johns Jr. Would be properly charged with the molestation of the child.The mom s rights would have been terminated and the child would be safe. 14.Robert-My son,the Childs Father 8-23-84-very young very immature,a good dad ,very supportive of his daughter,when he was not out and about,being a kid.He was there but not enough.he still needs to mature and learn to be responsible for himself.His daughter got anything and everything she needed or wanted. This CPS worker had never in 2 1/2 years of the child living with us ever stepped foot inside our home. In les s than 30 minutes after the child made the outcry to the detective the case was closed. Even after all the phone calls to CPS and the face to face visits, telling them of all sorts of abuse to the child, still no worker ever stepped foot in our home. All my face to face complaints to CPS workers I was told to write them down and they would place them in the child's folder. Well I guess that's enough for now. There is so much more, and so many more evil people involved @ police ,judge, and Texas Ranger most of all CPS, all responsible for knowingly placing a child in a dangerous situation, I have document to prove most of what I am saying to be true, the rest are in the court Reporters, reports, had the ranger returned to court after the break I would have proven he lied and made up a statement, leaving a child in a dangerous situation. Now this child is living with the abusers.

Today i learned that people who tell the truth, are the ones who loose.And found out that liars have justice, and CPS workers, do not have to do there job,as there rules and code of ethics tell them,and A badge can make you to never ever be a liar,and that trying to find truth ,and telling the truth destroyed a little girls life,on top of this due to there incompotence,which i pointed out with documentation,I had every agencies laws rules and regulations and there code of ethics, prooving they did not do what they should have done,one thing was the CPS worker interviewed the child, for maybe 20 minutes,when in her hand book it tells her children reveal slowly and several interviews are neccesary,they still convinced the judge that i had put this into the childs head,i had asked a few questions,that i asked on 3-4-4,and got totaly different answers,i asked each one why there answers were different today than in March,they all said " I don't remember what i said then".The CASA workers report was very unfavorable towards the mom,she observed rose 4 times with mom,and there was no bond between mom and daughter,or any interaction,the child, ignored her mother ,spent time playing with syblings,or visiting with the casa worker.The house was a mess on 3 unanounced visits,and had afoul odor,among other problems, she found.The councelor, provided by CPS, told the casa worker she only saw the child,twice, these are the words as written by the casa worker,"The counselor told this CASA that she has not had any time alone with the child and that the mother, monopolizes the time addressing her own problems.The councelor expressed to this CASA that the mother was very needy,and had a lot of her own issues to resolve.She told the judge that the child and her mom were bonding very well and loved each other ??If i had an attorney to defend this child i know we would have won.The lady from safe place told the judge that the texas ranger asked the child, if grandma told you to tell me this she said yes,first that was a leading question,second i only told her it was ok to tell police,or anyone what happened to her that no-one would be mad at her.Since April 2003 i have spent over 5,000 hours researching, developmental stages of children, there rights ,and they have alot of them,if anyone used them.,all forms of abuse all ,symptoms ,how to handle children who have been abused,all times working with her councelor,who had her subpeona mailed to her and did not recieve it,so she was not in court,the moms, attorney kept yelling hear say ,i did once, not yelling though,the judge just waved me off.I never once discussed it in front of her ,nor ever brought it up to her,but was there to listen when she felt like bringing it up.How an investigation is performed ,i have read stuff from forensic personal that tells attorneys ,"Do not rely on police reportsor child welfare agencies reports ,that they tend to lead the victim to there answer.I used to think money wasn't everything,i guess i shouldn't think.I listened to every cry of a child,i did everything the laws told me i should do , I do everything in my power to protect her. Then after alittle time goes by,Child services think rose should be placed back with BIO mom.Then thats about the time Rose started talking about things going on at home.So called investigations began.They concluded that Rose must have been abused by a family member in Connecticut.Not one person came to Connecticut for an investigation.Had they done that,they would have found no abuse happened here. Rose told me what was happening over the phone.I did not call child services because it was already being investigated.I didnt call anyone about any abuse until Rose was in pre k.She told me Daddy Roy makes her get on the Top Bunk and jump up and down,hitting her head on the ceiling whenever she was bad.(she wasnt supposed to tell anyone what happens at home).She said her head always hurts. Thats when I called child abuse hotline,told them what Rose said.There was supposdly an investigation.The next thing I hear is Bio mom takes her to Doctors,Tells them Rose just talks too much,shes diagnosed with ADHD.4 years old and they diagnose her with ADHD.Now they put her on adderall?No one under 12 should be placed on that stuff. These are the things that the judge saw or read,4 reports from CASA worker Joanne Moore telling Judge Enns he needs to remove the child from mommies home for the best interest of the child,these were dated before I got custody of her,another 5 reports from Joanne Moore and Diane Link of CASA 69 stating that the child is thriving in our home and has bonded well and quickly with all of us.We Were the best placement for this child. Reports from the Social studies that the child bonded quickly with us and was bonding quite well,we were the best placement for the child.The last report dated before the hearing from CASA 69 states there is no bonding nor intraction with mommy.Reports from the Social Studies saying there is no bonding nor interaction between the mother and child.A lot more worse things were in these court records,there was nothing anywere to say the child was in any type of danger in my home.Everything in the court records verified the chiild was thriving in our home,and was well adjusted. Everything on record verified this child was still being hurt at the home of her mom. These are the cold true hard facts!!!!!!!As a judge wouldn't you want to know why a police department and the Texas DFPS left a child in a home were we were possiibly ????????? her from July 2003 until March 2004? Why had no one loooked into this.Mommy dearest admitted on the stand that she believed what happened to the little girl,BUT it was not the person the little girl named,it was either her grandfather,her father or one of her two unclesthat lived in the same home with this little girl,mommy dearest also stated on the stand May 2004 that she notified the DPD and the Texas DFPS in July of 2003 and told them. New Jersery, 211 U.S. 78, 29 S.Ct. 14, 24, (1908), stated that Due Process requires that the court which assumes to determine the rights of parties shall have jurisdiction.; citing Old Wayne Mut. Due Process is a requirement of the U.S. Constitution. Violation of the United States Constitution by a judge deprives that person from acting as a judge under the law. The state Supreme Courts have held that those who aid, abet, advise, act upon and execute the order of a judge who acts without jurisdiction are equally guilty. While a Judge may issue orders to control his court, he has no lawful authority to issue any order which violates the Supreme Law of the Land. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that all entities have the mandatory right of an adequate, complete, effective, fair, full meaningful and timely access to the court. The Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides that the interest of parents in the care, custody and control of their children, is perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by the court, Troxel V. Granville, USC, (2000). Parents have a liberty interest of the custody of their children, hence, any deprivation of that interest by the state must be accomplished by procedures meeting the requirements of due process. Hooks v Hooks, United States Court of Appeals (1985). Indeed, the right to rear one's children is so firmly rooted in our culture that the Unites States Supreme Court has held it to be a fundamental liberty interest protected by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Hawk v. Hawk, Tennessee Supreme Court, (1993). The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment guarantees Due Process and Equal Protection to all. No state shall deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. I told my granddaughter on many occasions,she could turn to her teachers for help.She did.Instead of these teachers helping her they sat back and did nothing.There was an incident in 2005 were Stepdaddy made this child drink a blue liquid,she was 5 and ahe ate her buggers,it pissed stepdaddy off,so he made her drink a blue liquid,In turn it gave her blisters in her mouth and a horrid deep purple discoloration,this little girls mouth was so sore she could not eat.Sheila remember calling Robert at Sonic amd telling him this??? After DFPS was notified the mom brought the child to the doctor,however mommy dearest did not tell the doctor the truth,instead she told him ,my mom was worried about her mouth ,so I am bringing her in for a check up,had mommy told the truth the Doctors diagnosses would have been chemical burns,instead he said it is a possible viral infection,I have this doctors report. Mommy willfully withheld info that her hubby had harmed this little girl.Poison Control center says there are 3viral infections of the mouth and what we described to them was not a viral infection ,but indeed a chemical burn. The child told her teacher,showed her teacher.The teacher instead of helping the child told mommy what the child told her,and assured the mommy that she would not notify the DFPS. 2 weeks later the child was pulled from Dallam School and moved 13 miles away. Put in a new school.At this school the child showed the teachers her bruises.She told teachers what the perpetrator did to her.Yet no teacher helped her.The child has told the court ordered therapist about her abuses,she promises the child she will help her,but does nothing. According to you Sheila you threatened the Teacher in Dalhart,forcing her to resign.All because of 1 very important family member a child is forced to suffer.The saddest thing is this man is not blood related to this little girl,only related by blood to her stepfather. This mans reputation would explain why the abusive parents were never charged with any abuses being done to the child. Who in there right mind could ever believe that a 4 month old baby was lying on her back in the tub,got thirsty,rolled over in the tub to get a drink of water and accidently ingested to much water ,causing her to drown,Sheila revived this 4 month old child before the ambulance arrived. They were never charged for the first and second degree burns down her back,the backs of her legs at 10 months old. This can all be verified with Channel 7 in Amarillo Texas,they did a story on the child in Jan or Feb.2001.The reporters name was Roxanne.Sheila brought this to the medias attention.Sheila gave me a copy of the taping. Jean get a grip you are making a fool out of yourself. You use to be such a sweet girl in school, what happened to you? I can't believe the words coming out of your mouth. If all of the agencies that you have listed in your reports have investigated and they all find nothing it proves that your alligations are false. Deal with it.

Jean, I have read all of the reports that you have submitted. It appears to me that you have a major obsession with your granddaughter Rose. The things that you continue to write about happened many years ago. Maybe things were not done to your satisfaction on this situation, but you seriously need to let things go. Move on with your life. It appears that this case was well investigated by all law enforcement in your town. The more you tell this story the bigger it gets. The Texas Rangers are a very professional law enforcement agency and do their job to the fullest. I understand that loosing custody and not being able to see your granddaughter unsupervised is devistating to you. You must put this behind you or it will cause you further mental health issues.

Jean, I understand that kidnapping your grandaughter would land you in jail. I'm not suggesting you do that. Step outside of your small town and the state of Texas and think about the rights children have in America. No offense but people in states other than Texas understand that Texas is a lawless state and no place to raise children. Florida is no better so stay clear of that state too. Forget your small town media. If you are seriously worried about your grandaughter you will contact major newspapers and tv stations. How about Dateline NBC? Montel Williams? Steve Wilkos? How about contacting Organizations that work for children in all states. If you have contacted the Center for Missing & Exploited Children and have recieved no help then its hard to believe that the abuse you describe is taking place. Do a search on the Polly Class case. I believe there is now a foundation in her name. Search and seek help from respected organizations. The bottom line is, if the abuse exists and continues everyone who has recieved reports and has done nothing they are all guilty. I just have zero faith in the Texas authorities as they are very well known to be crooked. Get the credible people involved! Start writing right now! Contact the President if you have to!

When this child told me what happened I did everything legally possible to get her help, her therapist was there for her and me , period.In order to help this child at 3 try to forget what happened, I set on a crusade,I kept her constatntly busy.By the age of 3 1/2 she could write her name,new the alphabet,spell words,write words,could count,add and subtract up to the number 10,could tie her shoes,or anything,snapped her fingers,new her phone number and address,new truth from lies.Was full of self esteem.Enjoyed immensely teaching other kids how to count ,there colors, alphabet etc...She was very proud of everything she was learning and was defeinetly not afraid to teach others.I babysat other kids her age,so she could have contact with kids her age.She knew how to properly operate a microwave oven,she could fix her own cereal,she could make her own sandwiches,she loved doing arts and crafts,and making mud pies.She had no fear of water,loved going out at night collecting frogs.the baby ones were her favorites.Enjoyed toasting marshmallows over the grill .She loved the walks to the park,she loved swinging and sliding,she loved her own mountains.She stopped acting out.She stopped talking about it,she stopped crying hersself to sleep, because she thought she was the bad one.Trust me when I say this I will not stop telling the whole truth, until Justice is alive and well.

I believe I know who is using my name.And believe the person can be traced by the IP address used to sign up this fake account using my full name. I also believe charges can be brought upon the person using my name.Now S either you were really stupid and used your home computer,or maybe smart (HAHA)and used the Dalhart Library computer.or perhaps your usual mean vindictive self and used your daughters computer??? The Texas Ranger was the worse ,he fabricated a story saying I admitted to making up the story of what happened to our granddaughter. I told him after trying to stop the abuses being done to the child after the police and DFPS would do nothing, I went to 2 different attornies, both read the court orders both said there was absolutetly no reasons whay I could not take the Child to Ct. I figured by relocating her I could at least limit the amount of abuse she had to endure.Instead of being abused 8 times a month, she would only have to be abused about 4 times a year.and 2 months during the summer.Everyone was notified of the abuses being done to this child , yet for some reason did nothing to protect her.DFPS even ignored 4 pleas from the childs therapist to find the boy that molested her.DFPS was doing nothing to prevent the abuses being done to the child. CASA worker turned her back on the child also.When I stopped the court ordered visits for 4 months for the safety of the child not once mommy dearest would you come in her home to see her,not once would you visit with her,you had every excuse not to spend a moment with this child you supposedly loved.The best excuse tho was Its my birthday and I am going out to dinner.To me if you had any love in your body for this little girl,you would have seized any opportunity to spend time with her.Instead you made up every excuse in the book not to spend just 1 second with her or even give her a hug or a kiss.I know if it were my child I would have spent every available second I could with the child, The only good that came out of printing the truths on this site, Is this child is not getting abused to were there are bruises anymore.Remember mommy dearest and stepdaddy verbal abuse , belittling is worse than physical abuse. All those people in place to protect a child,yet everyone closed there eyes to her abuses .Yet most of you go to church. Why? Why Did Kendra lie on the stand and say that the bruise on this childs back was not from stepdaddy beating her with a board,but really from a fall onto a toy motorcycle.When the photo clearly verifies the brusie was madefrom a board? Even tho she knew her real mommy,I was the one that she called mommy,I was the one that stood by her side when she needed someone,I was the one that hugged her ,and comfortted her at night.I was the one that took care of her when she was sick.Sick with high fevers and mommy still insisted on dragging this sick child out.Visitation rights more important then the health of our granddaughter. I am adding to my response above. Sheila, Dalhart is a very very small town maybe 7,000 people at the most.We have one news paper.Please post the article from the Dalhart Texan,verifying the big BUST!!! I have permission from the Dallam Counties Sheriffs office to post there phone number,so anyone can call to find out that we were never busted.They also said this was a civil matter and no charges can be brought upon you by them.I can sue in court. The number for the Dallam county Sheriffs office is 806-244-2313.The number for the one and only newspaper in Dalhart Texas is, 244-4511.In order to protect my granddaughters identity ,I have attempted to get her name off of my original report.The other names Stay!.They lied,frauded,caused Intentional Infliction Of Emotional Distress,there names should be removed why???? It was not my intention when I found ripoff reports for a private battle to happen,I apologize.But when someone lies about me I take it personally.AND will stop at nothing until the truth is exposed!!! I am Jean Abram,my house never got busted for any reasons,especially a meth lab.I have called the Dallam County Sherriffs office,asking for paperwork to verify we were not busted.I am awaiting a call from them now. If they do not give this to me ,then I will post there numbers,so people can call themselves to verify that we were never busted. Jean Abram and her husband Keith Abram was arrested by the Dallam County Sheriff's office when a meth lab was discovered and dismantled at their home in Dalhart, TX. Abrams are being held on bonds totaling 80,000 dollars on charges of manufacturing and trafficking of methamphetamine, drug possession and chemical endangerment of a child. Sheila Sinclair : You are one twisted lady.You come to my house tell me horror stories of the abuses your daughter is doing to OUR granddaughter.You give me a copy of the tape,when you went to the News Station to report OUR abused granddaughter,and howthe DFPS is allowing her to be abused.First you hate your daughter,then you love her.Then you hate her again. Unlike you none of my 4 children left state because of how I treated them.And I unlike you, I would never have allowed the man that molested my child ,stay in my life. You abused your children,your daughter abused our granddaughter,I really fear if our granddaughter stays in this scituation, she to may abuse her children and the cycle of abuse continues. Our granddaughter was taken based on your lies in court,the lies of Kendra,AND because Judge Enns is friends with the Davis family.You told me yourself how close Judge Enns is to the Family!!!A conspiracy took place here and as long as the conspiracy is not made right,there is no statute of limitations .The Statute of limitations do not start until a conspiracy has been righted. I have not dropped this by a long shot. Why do you have our granddaughter tell you what her stepdaddy and mommy are doing to her,,tell our granddaughter you are writing everything down,and are hiding this list under your latest hubbies chair???Or is this a false security you are giving her,letting her think you care about her...Kind of like what you did with your own kids. I do have a sugestion if she has not already try your hardest to get her into a doctor for an internal exam and also testing for std. The chances are that if daddy Roy is doing this to a little girl he also has sexual encounters with other women which makes me worry about things he could have given to this little girl. The reason I mention the internal exam is that even though there is no semon there can be scaring that can not just be explained away as an accident. I know you say that is was oral but you also talk about private problems which tells me that it is more than just oral. I along with many others would love to know what has happened to our country and also I personally would love to know what happened to erring on the side of caution when it comes to such a severe accusations of abuse? Case workers are the same all over they have a god comlex they meet you one time and are convinced (without any futher investigation)that they know exactly what happened. Do you know what the statistics are on hookers and drug adicts that have been sexually, physically,and mentally abused as children let me tell you it would blow your mind. As for mommy dearest you should be hung in the middle of a town square along with your husband and publicly flogged on a daily basis just to give you a little taste of the ridicule and self worthlessness that your daughter is going to feel every day for the rest of her life. And I know that you are trying to rationalize and say that he would not do the same to your other kids because they are his but guess what any person that would do this to a child is a sick individual and doesn't care who the child is so if you have any love in you at all I would get my other two children checked out. And know that if he has not abused them yet he will eventually. I would love to know what kind of mother would let there child endure this day after day. You should do whats right and give up your parental rights if you are not going to protect your kids. This is to give you Jean, support on this issue. Keep on pursuing this. No one could make up in such detail the story that you have submitted. Many of us have gone through the same things that you are. Some of these judges are not thinking straight and force a child to go into the home where they are being abused until they are dead! They will have to live with their decision. Someone like you who continues to take steps to report abuse shows that they are being truthfull-especially with such detail. Sheila, you should have raised your child better and I can only say that you are as guilty as your child for permitting this abuse to continue. That child is becoming permanently damaged and YOU ARE the fault for continuing this to happen and not stepping forward to do something about it--OR DID YOU DO THIS TO YOUR CHILD AND IS THIS REPEAT HISTORY TAKING PLACE? My God, that poor girl lives in a hell house. She was molested (little kids just do NOT make up things like that) and when it's reported, the officials who are supposed to protect her are just a bunch of Keystone Kops. It's as if they go out of their way to prove that it DIDN'T happen rather than investigate it properly. It's obvious that Sheila is more worried about her precious family - no matter how sick & twisted they are, no matter what they do to children - than she is about "poor Rose." People like that make me sick.

I dont care what Jean thinks about all of the adults reguarding this situation. What grandmother would exploit a child on the internet like this. Rose was removed from Jean's home due to severe mental abuse. Rose is also my grand daughter. There are courts to solve problems instead of airing your dirty laundry on the internet. Shame on this web site for allowing Jean to cause such harm to an innocent child. Rose is only 7 years old and her friends are learning about all of this non-sence on their computers.
