let's take a step back here, shall we? both of you refer to her having bad credit, dr no even says 'it sounds like you have bad credit'... i would like for you to point out to me what in her entire complaint would make you think that? bottom line is that the salesperson did not call her back... whether she had stellar credit or horrible credit, she deserves a call to inform her of the fact... if the salesperson sees that they will not get her financed, he shouldn't just wash his hands and forget about her, he should have the decency and respect to call her to let her know... just b/c she didnt buy a car and get ripped off on bogus charges or a ridiculous APR doesnt mean that the dealership wasnt using bad business practices...

Dear Consumer, and complaintant. I AM Pete Navarro! In December of 2001, I was a Sales Representative for Crawford Auto Plaza, and am now in management for Crawford Auto Plaza. If your complaint was with management and not myself, ( I am assuming I was your sales person at the time of this occurence) why is my name plastered all over the Internet? I have been in the automobile industry for 35 years, I can assure you that your race would not stop me from giving you the utmost courtesy, respect, and first class customer service. If that were the case I would not be able to make a living in this industry. Come forward as to who you are. You may call me personally. It seems you know how to contact me. In the mean time, I will be pulling all records of my customers in the year 2001, and contacting each person who was unable to purchase a vehicle. I do not beleive, in fact I know, that I have never done the deeds, I, or this Company has been accused of. You of course do realize that when Crawford Auto Plaza is submitted for reference, that my name is regarded as "Crawford Auto Plaza" Pete Navarro RIP OFF. Sincerely,

What a load of BALONEY!!!
I think I blinked when you pulled the old race card!
What do you think they only sell one race in there?
You said your self you numskull the salesman was eager to get you a car, then because he does not jump all over you after running your credit you pull the old race card..
Wake UPPPP you DOZY SOD!!!!!!!! Nobody gives a sh@@ what color you are... A sale is A sale is A sale how do you think the sales rep makes money???
Sounds like you go through life using that is an excuse..
First thing you should do is check your credit I would bet by the sounds of it the finance company ran it and threw it back in the salesmans face.
You say this place display bad business... Do you say that when ever you get turned down?
Sounds like they are doing good business..
You told everyone in your community about their unprofessional
practices.... Sounds like the salesman saw you for exactly what you are a major trouble maker and just tried to avoid you I bet you still cannot buy a car from anywhere.
Try cleaning your credit you will find salesmen will then trip over themselves to sell you a car no matter what size color and shape you are.

Boohoo boohoo...Your credit probably sucks!!! Hey lady, get your thinking out of the 60's era! If ANY car dealership CAN sell you a car, they WILL. They don't care what race you are, but if your credit sucks(which it sounds like it does), then you're not getting anyone's help, don't try and pass it off because "it's my race." It's the year 2002, businesses want
your money, that's all they care about.
Let me ask you a question, was this place the only dealership you went to visit? Surely not, especially if you had to wait a month...why didn't you try to buy a car elsewere??? I'll tell you why, you probably CAN'T, banks won't finance you! You probably don't pay your bills, your CREDIT probably SUCKS!!! If it's any type of descrimination, I'm sure it's CREDIT
descrimination. Not race descrimination. Grow up lady, get your credit together, pay your bills, move out of your trailor. BUT DON'T try to get people to feel sorry for you because you don't pay your own bills.
