I was lead into opening another account that I was unaware of. When a salesperson called I thought it was for my previous account. After I found out what had happen I tried to correct the problem. I assumed there would be a fight. After contacting Heather, she politely transfered me to accounting. I was greeted by Charlie who was very friendly. I told her how I enjoyed my original service with them but I was dissapointed that another account was set up with some decietful practices. The conversation did not take a turn for the worst as I expected. We worked thing out w/o dispute. I payed my orignal account off and was assured that with a letter faxed to their office the second account will be canceled. I trust Charlie will follow through with this and I hope others will also be treated as fairly as I was. I will update if my agreement is not fullfilled. Until then, I am satisfied
