I have had 2 credit cards with this company, Credit one bank. All went smoothly until I got a late paymrnt. Since i don't get late payments i called and they said it was "receivd" late. I paid it, signed up for esign or some such thing where I would be paperless and they would send me an email when the payment is due. Nothing.  At 70 i have days where i forget things. I started writng everything done and it dawned on me I had heard nothing from these folks. I went online and it said I had a payment due 10/18/2016. Since that didn't sound right I called the collection department. They told me i owed for September! So if I pay before 10/18/2016 all will be well. i know They will  hit me with a another late charge but there is nothing i can do. I closed both accounts and about an hour leter i got a call from Manilla saying I needed to make a payment. This is truly a bad company. When I asked to be transfered to an Amercian they hung up. Some girl named Kate. I asked to have the next payment emailed to me so i was aware of when. Still nothing. The company sucks and the management sucks. I will send this off , as well, to the FDI  and the AG of their state.
