Credit Restoration Dynamic Credit ripoff This Company lied to me, I'm still waiting for my refund check Las Vegas Nevada
Well where do I begin? I recieved a phone call one morning some time ago telling me I was approved for a credit card. All I needed to do was pay 299.00 and they would repair my credit along with a credit card.
Well here we are in October and they took my money out of my checking account at the end of July. I'm very upset. I called the customer service over and over for a long time I was given different stories. I'm very unhappy that I never received my credit card or my money back. They not only lied about the credit card but they also were supposed to repair my credit and instead they made it worse.
I have contacted the federal trade commision and I'm not going to stop until i either receive my money back or my credit card. Today I spoke with a young lady Ashley in customer service. She was very helpful and gave me a lot of information. Ashley asked me not to mention anything about the information that she shared.
Well I do so appreciate that she tried to help me. At the same time I must let others know this. It is not right for other people who are getting ripped off. I'm sorry if this puts her in a bad place but she told me that the manager I needed to talk to about receiving my refund back Is Ruth. She also told me if I needed to call back not to speak with Allison or Heidi because they give false information to customers.
Ashley is one of the supervisors who happens to be a nice young lady and she understands how awful this is that good people are getting ripped off. Ashley is also trying to stop other people from getting ripped off and telling them not to let this company take their money out and stopping them before It's too late.
I wish there were more people in this world like her who try to help. Now I want my money back and I want Ruth to send my refund back to me. Ashley said she goes by the name of Nancy who by the way is the same person. Ashley thank you again for all your help and good luck with your future in teaching God bless you.

Ruth is the person who runs this ofice and she is a lier and now everything is comming back to haunt her for talking about everyone behind there backs jodie totsie sandy marsie i feel sorry for you cause you have no idea the bad things she said about all of you she said she wasnt takin totsie jodie back and she did talk about jodie all the time behind her back she even told me when we were alone that she will never take marsie back totsie was never on the phone she always said im not payin totsie to sit there or smoke im someone who knows everybody i see what they do and all the cuseing that is said that is not good she even told that other girl sharon not to work here no more and she took me over her even jodie you think she cared about you and she dont not any of you

I spoke with Ashley she claims to be the supervisor shes tried to stop them from taking my moneys out but it was to late. I knows she is the only honest persons there. I knows she is only trying to help wes are hard workin peoples, And shes told wes needs to talk to Miss Ruths i knows not to talk to Allisen ands hedi shes said theys lieds to us and theys not there reals names shes saids theres be jodie ands toootsies shes beens supers ashleys.
