CRJ Solutions, Inc. Jobs And Employment Scam Scam is run by Heath Kotula(36 y.o.) and Mikal J. Goodman (30 y.o.) Doral Florida
Very little on this company is available on the web, which is why these crooks get people in. No longer.
This company CRJ Solutions, Inc posts many ads on CareerBuilder.com, Indeed.com, EmploymentSpot.com, and other job search web sites to get people to sell their little boutique products and coupons from door to door. In their interviews and on their job description they CLAIM that they work for actual sports companies like Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat and for major tourism and entertainment companies. THEY DO NOT.
The two crooks running the SCAM, are HEATH KOTULA and MIKAL J. GOODMAN. At first glance they look like real businessmen, but at the second glance they are two crooks who could not make it in real business. You realize that something is wrong when you see what kind of sh*t hole office they work in with other two secretaries who apparently did not graduate high school. During the interview they will ask you few questions about your aptitude and instead try to put a spin on how good this 'entry-level job' is.
Then, comes the second interview. Even if you did not make an impression......you will STILL GET A SECOND INTERVIEW. There is a warning sign!!! On a second interview you will get to meet another crook(or just a goon like yourself) where most likely you will go to sell something at a tiny concession stand or knock on some doors with few fliers. Nothing could be more embarrassing. No, there will be no advanced marketing strategies and Miami Heat meetings....there will be a lot of walking and embarrassment.
HEATH KOTULA and MIKAL J. GOODMAN are desperately looking for people to run their little 'pyramid job scam'. The two 'well-spoken' managers are just two failures running from state to state who are wasting honest people's time.
Well, job seekers, you've been warned. You're on your own.

I would like to offer a sincere apology to the person that posted this report. I am sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvienience that may have occurred while attempting to obtain a position or while working with my company. In business for nearly 10 years, I have always upheld a high standard of professionalism, honesty and integrity with our many clients, suppliers, employees and associates. Because this is an anonymous report I am unable to apologize in person. However, I would like to attempt to clear the air.
You are correct, in fact we do recruit prospective candidates through Careerbuilder as well as other recruiting sites. Like any company in business for a profit, we strive to recruit the best candidates available, all the time. Unfortunately due to the recent downturn in the economy, there are millions of great people out of work. Fortunately my company can and does provide an opportunity for a small number of people to obtain work and begin to pay thier bills again. Having started at the bottom myself, I realize that direct sales is very challenging and definately NOT for everyone. For this exact reason we do a preliminary interview followed by a second interview as you stated. The first of which is to "explain" what we do and the second is to "show" the prospective candidate either business to business sales or sales & marketing at corporate events. Either way there is no obligation for either party nor is there any fee charged to get involved as with all "pyramid schemes" as you my believe.
Where you are mistaken is the FACT that my company absolutely performed sales, marketing, customer service and data capture for the 2008-09 Fan Appreciation ticket promotion for the Miami Heat and the Florida Panthers. The results were great and we are launching the same promotion for a second straight season with both teams for 2009-10. As for the Miami Dolphins...NO. We don't work with ANY Pro football teams. We never have nor have we ever made any such claims.
To address another issue about "running from state to state", I opened and ran a successful company in New York City for 8 years and recently relocated back to Florida where I started my business nearly 10 years ago. I made the choice not for business but rather for personal reasons. I didn't feel NY was the best place to raise my 3 daughters so we moved back to be closer to family. Furthermore, I have no criminal history whatsoever so the term "crook" or "goon" could be considered slander or even defamation. Probably why you chose to write this anonymously.
Anyway, I'd like to apologize again that our company was not a good fit for you. The beautiful part of living in this country is the freedom of choice and of course...speech. You can always choose your occupation and find a new job if you don't like the one you have. If you don't like the one you had, you can always write a blog. I do however wish you luck and success in whatever it is that you are looking for.
