This bank informed me that my due date for payment was on the 11th. I even said back to the guy on the phone "the 11th"? and he said yes the 11th. so the 8th of that month came along and i was informed by the bank that i was late makeing my payment, Saying that my due date was on the 2nd. So i was charged late fees .And its been nothing but hell ever since. The can stick it where the sun dont shine, I've been sending them a penny a month
