cross country bank they are a big ripoff
I have had their card for about two months and they are trying to charge me all kinds of late fees and i have never been late on a payment and the added all kinds of late fees and send me letters stating that i am behind in my payments and i am not .they also started an electronic checking where they take the money out of your account and i had no idea about this .we send them checks for our payments.i don't need my credit messed up and they are telling me that they can but me on the credit report for not paying my bill.If there is a law suit i would love to be in on it they don't seem to want to work out anything they hang up on me when i talk to them on the phone.thanks for your reports about this matter i thought i was doing something wrong .
