Complaint Review: Crowd Control Entertainment - Internet

I have had the pleasure of working with Sharika aka Michelle Banks PR. We worked together at Interscope records. I saw her take on a client who was struggling to move forward  and really needed a sincere person to aid her in her moving ahead. Not only did Sharika make it personal goal to assist this client but she was there whenever her client needed her. Even if it was a shoulder to cry on. ANYONE who attacks someone because their child was molested is truly a devil and seeing that made my stomach turn and i'm sure anyone else who sees that sick comment will. also fee incredibly sad.

  It is one thing to have an issue with someone in business disagreements but someone abusing your child is NEVER something that should be attacked. As I said I worked with Sharika at interscope records. She is a truly kind hearted person and even when she got frustrated I never not once saw her take it out on anyone, Her ability to remain positive and kind amazed me and still amazes me today. As what is truly clear to see horrible people attack a woman who from what I am reading poured her heart into her job and wanted to be paid and then is repeatedly attacked it is clear she is still remaining kind cool and collected.  I loved working with Sharika . She is truly hard working and compassionate which is something that is so hard to find these days in the industry. I do know that Sharika is far from a "hoodrat" or a 'wanna be" I actually met her when she first signed to the Justin Timberlake myspace project and I also know Justin from other projects he endorsed.  She is extremely articulate and I applaud her for all the hard work she has put forth in succeeding in this business.

What these people are CLEARLY DOING is attacking an ex employee who wanted to be paid and instead of just going about their way and tending to their own clients they are showing the world that the things Sharika aka Michelle banks pr has said are painfully obviously true.  I feel bad that she has to deal with people who are so vicious and I wish her Michelle Banks PR well even though from what I know she doesn't need luck she is well on her way. Sorry to hear about her son that is just awful and shame on CCE for having the gull to attack that. That sincerely made me sick.

Yes my child was bruttally assualted by a family memeber. I am grateful he is now safe.  the pictures speak for themselves. I don't live in atlanta and I do not know monique personally . She reached out to me to affirm my claims of Riccardo kelly rippiong people off . I have no intention of ever coming near you or your " client" I would never work for anyone who doesn't pay me. I placed your "client' on more then just examiner my friend and the people who recieved interview request from michelle banks pr know this to be true. You are angry because you now realize that I am being honest. Also attacking the fact my 4yr old was molested shows your true character . I pray what happened to my child never happens to anyone close to you. it is the most devestating thing a parent could ever go thru . I sincerely pray for you and yours and wish you peace .  

a. The Examiner is NOT something to brag about. ANYONE can write for The Examiner. Getting your client television, radio, and major placements (as I have) is.

b. All you post is pictures of yourself being "you." You are NOT a celebrity. You're a DELUSIONAL HOODRAT who should be worrying about whom your son is getting molested by, rather than playing on Instagram & now this site.

c. I suggest you & your "friend" Monique present yourselves in the Atlanta courts on Tuesday, when a restraining order will be filed against you. I'd love to see you respond then. 

d. No one cares who you're a "fan" of. No one knows who you are. You aren't working. You aren't making any noise. You're not doing anything except this nonsense. Child, BOO.

I am just going to keep adding photo's aka memories of the most successful times in my life. I strongly advise just letting it go... I have 6yrs of press and no one wants to sit here and upload every piece of press that I have ever gotten which is A LOT .... to keep going back and forth with someone who has never met me. Like I said Ricarrdo Kelly is a fraud . I on the other hand am a real artist a mother a publicist and loving person but I do not tolerate disrespect. Every time they post something trying to call me a nobody I will just continue to add press articles and stories ect of Ladysoal aka Michelle banks PR. You cannot discredit me ever and it is foolish to keep trying. They are admitting to refusing to pay me as if that was my issue... My issue was being threatened and treated like crap when I had bent over backwards for these people. I truly cared about Crowd Control ent's clients and needs. You cannot treat people like craop and expect to get away with it. I had nothing to do with anyone calling them. I will maintain my peace within. I love what I do and I am grateful for all the contacts and support systems I have built for myself over the years. This business isn't easy it takes an unwillingness to give up on yourself. To anyone reading this. Never give up on yourself. You will come across people who are snakes and just want to take advantage of you like Mr Kelly did me. My name is Sharika . My middle name is Michelle and my last name before I was adopted by WHITE PEOPLE I might add was baniks... This woman lvoes to call me a hoodrat but she should google the words Ladysoal and justin timberlake or Ladysoal and Anerica's got talent... Maybe she should really do actuall PR work and find out who she is trying so hard to trash because then she would find out that I work for NATI CELBRITY SERVICES.... I have nothing left to say. I don't know her and I still have celebrity clients and haven't got the time to really deal with this. I work for Nati Celebs now and ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD. The only one burning her own bridges is this woman becasue she doesn't realize who I am and that I would have no acutally issue with her... but for a white woman to refer to me as hood rat and ractchet when I'm probably the most proper speaking woman whe has ever had any dealing with ... by the way anyone who reads this and knows me will know it't not true ... My writer aka Executive director of michelle banks PR works for examiner.com and I have many relationships in the industry ... I'm the current publicist for Crowd Control Entertainment and their clients. 

Michelle Banks PR and her "friends" subsequently called my phone all hours of the day and night, threatening and bullying and trying to push every one of my buttons.

To put it frankly: "Michelle Banks" a/k/a Sharika is nothing but an unprofessional, ratchet, raggedy hoodrat who has NO connections in the industry, who doesn't know the first thing about being a publicist, and who -- God willing -- will end up broke at the end of it all.

She came at me on Twitter worried about what I was getting paid, when she should have been worried about her OWN pockets.

Her "friends" called and e-mailed me all hours of the day and night, which is what happens when you have nothing better to do than pop pills all day.

Her greatest accomplishment for Crowd Control Entertainment was "a writeup in the Examiner," which -- if anyone knows ANYTHING about Examiner.com -- is a site where ANYONE can write ANYTHING they want. It's FAR from a publicity coup. (Meanwhile, I got their clients on NATIONAL RADIO SHOWS and websites with just one phone call...perhaps if Sharika would do a job she was hired to do, instead of complaining about a lousy $75 (it's not like I didn't offer her the money...which she refused), she'd accomplish more for her clients.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it's interesting to note the following:

• Sharika posted a contract she claimed was from Crowd Control Entertainment. WHERE ARE THE SIGNATURES ON THIS CONTRACT? Nowhere does she list where the "contract" was signed by her and Mr. Kelly...because it doesn't exist.
• Sharika claims that she was "threatened" by Mr. Kelly when she asked for the $75 she feels she was owed. WHY DIDN'T SHE GO TO THE POLICE, OR TO THE COURTS? According to the very contract she CLAIMS was signed, ANY disputes are to be settled via arbitration in the state of Georgia. If that's the case, under the Unclean Hands doctrine of the law, Sharika lost all the chances she had to successfully win the $75 she feels she was owed when she HACKED into Crowd Control Entertainments' Twitter, went crazy on social media, violated the terms of her NDA, AND had her and her friends calling me (who, it should be noted, had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS HOOD DRAMA -- but I guess this is a pattern with Sharika, given that people were dragged into her fight with Mr. Kelly who didn't even KNOW her) all hours of the day and night with threats and harassment. 
• Once again, and in conclusion: Sharika, a/k/a Michelle Banks, is nothing but an unprofessional, ratchet, raggedy hoodrat who has NO connections in the industry, who doesn't know the first thing about being a publicist, and will -- God willing -- end up broke and destitute at the end of it all. If you want ratchet, raggedy, hoodrat publicity -- if you want to deal with non-stop drama and bullshit -- if you want low quality work done for you and then have her go crazy over $75, by all means, hire this piece of trash. 

i personaly can stand by my words this man is a liar,cheap and a scam personally and proffessionally he cant pay his own person bills the people speaking on his behalf dont know his history just what he portrays every artist,comedian etc he works with ends ugly or the client leaves feel free to call me a liar but be careful when doing so this wont be the last mistake he makes its just his nature Ms.banks please send me your contact info i need to speak with you asap

As you can see by my earlier post . I did contact mr Kelly. I actually texted him to several time to settle this matter. The truth is he is a scam artist who cannot afford to pay his publicist 75.00 and was never ever going to. I did not hack into anything. Please read the emails I posted as well as the contract I posted and feel free to contact me should you want to chat about Mr. Kelly. . He says I never tried to get payment but I did several times in a very mature way. THe only insane wanna be is Mr. Kelly. I urge all who come across this to read between the lines and look thru my communications with him. He is totally in the wrong. It's not about money it's the fact that he threatened me when I asked for my payment that he said I would get initially on the 15th on 8/21/14 which is 6 days later. If you are not able to make a payment of 75 within 6 days of when you actually owe me 700 for my services plus money earned from his clients ( read contract i posted) then something is not right in your business. I will continue to speak truth and be of great service to all my clients

This has been a terrible experience. I make a huge judgement misatke dealing with an emotional wreck like Michelle Banks PR she had she very unfortunate events happen to her and her family and is a very fragile creature who's mutarity level has been exposed on several levels. Anyone who goes to the lenghts this young lady went to is unthrustworthy and slanderous. Hacking someones twitter account over a latepayement of 75$ is and cannot be trusted. Further more instead of simply calling me to settle she went to the internet again very immature. And because of this heartache she caused my client who had nothing to do with this entire situation. I will not pay her final payment of 75 dollars.

After this person called and begged me for the job and praised me on the opportunity and agreed to work for these terms. Now the terms are a problem. Be very careful working with damaged people. 

As you can see in the contract I was supposed to be paid $700.  THe contract speaks for itself.

Michelle Banks was hired to do a job for crowd Control Entertainment. Once she was terminated after only three weeks for being an emotional or the top publicist who worried to much much about the other PR firm than her own job. Once fired MS Banks illegally and unethecially hacked into one of my clients twitter account and posted the conversations you see below with many parts omitted. Please read below article on. Mr kelly is running around on social media instead of paying me my payment. we have a contract for 6 months he stated that when the final payment was to be paid he would no longer need my services. there really isn't anything to say. He hires people and then refuses to pay and he has done it to MULTIPLE people who I have personally spoke with today after he tried to slander me on social media. Good try MR. Kelly but if you can't pay someone for working for you , you are wrong. thats that. Pay up sir and never ever threaten a woman

So not only does Mr Kelly operate by not paying his PR people . Well when I told him that he 24 hours to pay me after being 6 days late on my payment or I would be taking legal action and I assured him that I am still connected to press he wrote. I doesn't take threats lightly and that he is connected to more than just the press... He swears up and down that this was not a threat but refuses to elaborate on what that means. Sounds like a threat to me!! So you conduct business by hiring people to work for you , make an agreement to pay bi-weekly after the person has already been working a month and then when the person asked to paid you not only fire them but then you threaten them when they once again ask you to pay them. He has filpped flopped his story back and forth but text and emails do not lie! I Feel sorry for his client becasue ultimately it will hurt her too because of his shady dealings . The industry is way too full of these types of people and they need to be stopped. If you can't afford a publicist don't hire one. NO ONE want to work for $75 a month. Especially not a publicist.
