Omg where to begin.. I came in and bought a 2017 journey 3rd row, 1000 down on the condition I was getting a DVD player. Paid $600, was going to pay remaining $400 in two weeks to get a DVD player installed. When my car was brought to me salesperson said it was detailed (it wasn't, over a month later I still have white marks all over it from delivery). It was pouring so I threw my 3month old and two year old inside and left. Next day I realize they sold me a base model, not third row.. I went in to tell them and they basically said give the car back or live with it. So I decided to not pay the $400 for a DVD player. Why have one of I don't have third row?? I came back to resign papers. Got home afterwards they UPED the price of the car $700 instead of just the $400 I didn't pay! While I was there Emmett told me they were going to do $600 down and still give me a DVD player because it was their mistake selling me a vehicle and telling me it had third row when it didn't. Then they sneak in the extra $300. I'm guessing to "pay" for the DVD players... Now I'm calling every day and leaving messages. No one returns my calls, no one even cares. I go up there and the saleswoman and finance man are "gone" somewhere. Not to mention I'm riding on 30 day tags that expired 2 weeks ago!! I'm at a loss with this place. Go elsewhere unless you want to get screwed by this dealer..

Terms and Conditions for the seller or buyer

Oh come on, You know that the person buying the product is the victim, terms and conditions should be very explicit, not garbage to protect the seller.  A contract can be written or implied regardless if it's signed.  If the sell is made with false representation, promises made by a company representative, then they are resposible for what was implied.  Yes, she signed a contract, but sounds like it was made under duress, which voids all terms and conditions.   Quite protecting the seller, it's up to them to provide exactly what the consumer is paying for.

Another Incredible Dumb Story

"Without your knowledge"???  Why is that?

You may be able to gain sympathy from those who would gladly do what YOU did, but not all of us are that dumb.  Yes, it was and is DUMB!

You didn't even bother, for one second, to READ what you were signing BEFORE you signed it!  YOU signed a legally binding contract with Terms and Conditions.  You didn't even read what those Terms and Conditions were!  Oh, but that's all the fault of the dealer, isn't it?

Whether or not they were "pulling a fast one", it was UP TO YOU to see what was in that contract.

One would think in this so-called highly enlightened age, people would have at least a thimble sized amount of common sense, but just isnt the case.

Absolutely incredible and no, I dont work for them!
