I called the company once shortly after I filed this report. I spoke to Brandy again who claimed that they had my address incorrect and would have another check sent. That was on April 12th. I still have not received a check. And seeing the previous person now wanting my receipt number AGAIN after I just spoke to Brandy and supposedly straightened out the issue...it appears that my refund is never going to get here.
