This company that I am writting about has been taking money out of my account without my permission. The company says that the money is toward my monthly payment, but my monthly payment is only 19.95 a month, not more.

Hi, Katie. I don't how you got hooked up with these crooks but, you need to go to your bank and close the account and take your business elsewhere. Automatic drafts are a great convenience but, as you are finding out, they can also get you in a lot of trouble. Good luck!
