I ordered memory for my computer. Not knowing what I needed I used there "Experts-On-Line". They sent the wrong part. I now have to pay an additional $65.99 to get a 128 memory. They will wait until the receive the part back to credit my account for the originao $44.65 I've already paid. This is not right. Some of us work very hard for money and can not wait 30 days for money to be credited back to out accounts. They have a "GUARANTEED MONEY BACK POLICY" Why do I have to pay twice?

The correct way to go about this would be to charge the difference. If they don't receive the returned part...then charge them both to my account. . . Ya think? Now we have to wait another 30 days to get memory... Socks Donut? (Yes we ment to mis-spell)
