I was promised the home that I bought was going to have the nasty carpets replaced with tile, the plumbing on the shower was going to be fixed, the house was going to be treated for pests. They did none of those things and refuse to do any of them after promising they would. My kids are now forced to crawl around on disgusting carpet and the house is infested with roaches and termites. They are liars and the Trisha Breseman is the biggest liar of the group. Don't buy or sell anything to them you are better of being forclosed on than doing business with these liars.
