Re - 45 year old Mr. Eric Willams, after further due dilligence and investigation on his background and bad partnerships in which he has most recently has mislead and fallen out, the following factual information appears to be true and worthy of this RIP OFF REPORT;

*"EMPLOYEE RECRUITING AND ADVERTISING"

1. Mr. Eric Williams started Cure 4 Hunger over 2 years ago, according to himself.

2. He has most recently released press release December 2014 claimimg to "solve the worlds hunger" with old technology implemented into 7 technologys in which they are not!

3. Mr. Williams has advertised in the famous CL - Craigslist in the Ventura and Los Angeles California region under Sales Executives claiming to offer $4,000.00 base against draw with a cap on all business of 2.5% after 60 days...false advertising!

Upon an initial phone interview, I made an appointment to see Mr. Williams at his new claimed Corporate office in Agoura Hills, California Ventura County off 101 Fwy - Ventura Hwy the first week of January 2015 and met other hired Sales Executives the first day that Mr. Williams also hired, all under the unsumption that they were to be compensated $4,000 for the first 2 months vs draw against commisson.

I spent 3 days from Monday 12 Jan thru 14th Jan, 2015 in conference and what Mr. Williams claimed to be sales training and met other so called Sales Executives in the process.

After 10 years in Sales myself, with real paying corporations that paid base salary and commission, it quickly appeared that Mr. Williams was not what he represented in his Craigslist ad for hiring Sales Executives for fair compensation after the fact upon his unorganized sales training and talking with others about what many consider, "bate and switch" tactics to draw one in an attempt to recruit Sales Executives!

Mr. Willliams concept of his hiring tactics are to, what appears to be "bate and switch" tactics, are to mainly hire females that are deeply concerned about saving the starving and mainly allowing a major majority of their efforts ("97.5%'), to go back into Mr. Williams own pocket while all along playing on the Worlds needs to save the planet from hunger!

Without mentioning any names, one professional that I met in sales training had many years of experience both in business and non-profit operations had also commented on the fact that it appeared that Mr. Willliams tactics appeared to be as noted and that he did not know what he was doing in sales training by not properly preseneting himself, his company, and the main issue at hand for this report is his bate and switch tactic in an attempt to recruit by placing false advertising for employment appearing to be a base $4,000 against draw! Also, Mr Willams inabilitys appeared to be worsing as the next day cam and became deeply concerned for his real intent for saving the worlds hunger.

He claimed so many things, like he was now forming 501c3 that is now pending,  his empty office and desk that he said would be installing Computers, phone system and Sales Director to run and operate his Sales Department. After the 2nd day it had appeared who had the experience in the room.

Mr Williams appears to be a fast talker claiming to be from Quailstar a company in Simi Valley, California and upon contacting Quailstar for comments,  the only thing Qualstar said is he was terminated and could not comment on the reason why! Upon further Investigation Mr. Williams went thru a recent divorce and not to mention after tracking down that women that divorced Mr. Williams did inform me, her x, that Mr. Williams was physically living onsite at the office in the first room to the right as you walk in Cure 4 Hunger. Their was a room with living quarters after inspection one day while Mr. Williams was gone and it smelled either like incense or cannabis !

Overal Report: Mr. Williams is not what he fully represents and I want to alert and inform the world and those "female" recruits that upon his bate and switch tactics he pursues week minded people to hire and plays the hunger card to draw in those that will eventually, after a day or so of training, become his slave volunteer to implement his 97.5% program that is in his best interest.

Mr. Williams $25,000 request to - Sponsors - Media - Food/Broker Buyers - Celebritys - and anyone thats follish enough not to see what he claims on his website, 90-10 split by and between each contributor , donor !

Mr. Williams claims to put back 90% into his efforts by growing his Dome concept into 150 countrys, good luck.

The sales executive is paid 2.5% from all the other Sales Executives efforts, pool of funds for that month while Mr. Williams has no cap on his compensation which i estimate in the millions of dollars annually without any overseeing or outside authority, yet.

I would highly suggest and not recommend Mr. Williams or his organization as a model to contribute anything or donations for it obviously go in the pockets of Mr. Williams own offshore bank account without taxation since he controls 97.5% of all funds coming in.

I close by saying run baby run !!!
