I am writing regarding a complaint for Customer Teleconnect Servies. I had to use a pay phone today. It would not accept quarters. I called collect to my home. They said I needed a debit or credit card. I didn't think anything of it and really needed to make this call to have someone call me a cab. I was on the phone two minutes tops. They charged my 28.00 to make a local call that was under two minutes! And, I called once and nobody answered at my house. I got my voice mail. They charged me 28.00 for that call too! I am outraged at being charged 56.00! I have called the company only to get a voicemail. I do not know what to do but I don't even have that amount of money in my account. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciate it!
