custom teleconnect charged my debit card for $27.25 for a collect call lasting only 6min 5 seconds this is outrageous and should be given back to me that is a total rip off if i ever seen one ! i am very outraged over t las vegas, Nevada
On april 25th at 6:07 pm my son called me collect i answered and after the call i went to look at the charge and was in shock the actual charge on 4-25-13 was 20.05 then today on 4-29-13 i saw a different charge to my bank account in the amount of 27.25 this is a total rip off for sure ! they should reimburse me for the amount over charged . I personally would never ever accept a collect call unless it was an emergency . What about the people whom cant afford this actual call and they get a charge like that im very disappointed this company needs shut down for this !
