Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My name is Amy and I was a model for Cyclebar over months ago for a BIKE WEEK event in NYC! I do not understand what is wrong with these people! Was just told that push still has not been paid for the work we did on May 1st and 2nd 2016 for this Fox & Friends news segment. Not only were they extremely rude at the event but it has been 3 months now and we still have not been paid.

I do not know if this company is facing finical problems or what but Cyclebar cannot just NOT pay there people. If Fox News (and the sponsers) only knew that the 50 or so models who were contracted to act as customers of Cyclebar were not paid I am they would not be happy. These people have zero integrity and they need to be stopped. Also found the “owner” of terrible franchise on linked in. Would not do business with this guy!!!!

How can we help? We are sorry that your employer, Push Models, L.L.C. d/b/a PUSH Marketing & Promotions a/k/a PUSH Agency, refuses to pay you!

Hi Amy,

I am the General Counsel of CycleBar Franchising, LLC and I am very sorry to learn that your employer, Push Models, L.L.C. d/b/a PUSH Marketing & Promotions a/k/a PUSH Agency (“PUSH”), has not paid you for working for them. It sounds like you are angry and rightfully so!

Your anger, however, is directed at the wrong party. We simply hired PUSH to provide talent at an event. Any contractual dispute we have with them has absolutely nothing to do with the wages you have earned working for them. Despite what they may have told you, they are the ones who are wrongfully withholding your wages and as your employer you should demand payment from them. We are very sorry that PUSH thought it necessary to drag you, an innocent, hard-working person, into this mess.

I find it incredible that a business like PUSH, and its CEO, Jonathan Sack, would stoop so low as to follow through on what we thought were idle threats. Unbelievably, Jonathan actually threatened to do exactly this in an email, but I did not think he would knowingly spread false and damaging information about us and entice you to post negative, false and defamatory comments/reviews about CycleBar on the internet.

We refuse to give into this blatant blackmail and are taking appropriate action.

We also feel horribly that he is using you in this way and want to help you however we can. We wish we could pay you directly for the work you did for PUSH while you were on location at FoxNews, but unfortunately we cannot because the terms of their contract prevents us from doing so.

However, if you are interested in working for a good, moral, and fun company please send me your resume and I will personally deliver it to our HR department. We have many studios opening up throughout the country and are looking for great talent such as yourself!

If you know of anyone else who feels wronged by PUSH regarding this matter please let me know. We would like to help all of you in any way we can.

You may also want to contact the Better Business Bureau, a local labor/employment attorney and even the New York State Department of Labor to help you get the money from PUSH that you so rightfully deserve.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that PUSH pays you soon.

Sincerely,

Kit Higgs
