Dacia Capital, Frankie Gutierrez, Francisco Gutierrez Didnt pay me waxahachie, Texas
Frankie promised to pay me for a years worth of wages upfront. He told me to quit my job and work with him full time. He had loans that he was going lend on and needed me to help him. Frank said that he fumded a loan for $162k. He took that mondy and invested it and made $2.2million. After 2and a half months of him promissing to pay me and never paying me on the days he said the money would be available. I started questioning him if he even had the money. Frank began to not return phone calls and then completly stopped communication.
Frankie left me out to dry. I had no income for almost 3 months and no job.
I did some research and found that Mr. Gutierrez took money from at least 2 churches. He promised the churches loans to build. He took aprox $171k from just these 2 churches. He is a scamer, a liar, and a very deceptive person.
Do not do any business with Dacia Capital, or have anything to do with Frankie,Francisco,Frank Gutierrez.

Frank said that he fumded a loan and made $162k off loan premiums. He said, he took that money and invested it and made $2.2million (LIE). He stole the money from churches.
After two and a half months of promising to pay me and never paying me on the days Frankie said the money would be available. I started questioning him. Did he even have the money? Frankie stopped returning phone calls and then completly stopped all communication.
