To Whom it may concern: We always try to follow the highest standerds in customer service policies and procedures. We sell high end top quality merchandise and if for any reason a garment should fall apart within the first washing we will be glad to exchange it or give the customer back a full refund as long as the garment is accompanied with the original sales receipt. To all the Big and Tall men in Las Vegas and the United States we invite you yo shop with us. Fred is no longer working at the store in question. This alleged complaint was filed in July of 2000 here it is july of 2006 six years later and we are doing great business.
