To be considered a lemon, a new car has to have a problem that substantially impairs its use or value. If that problem is serviced four or more times during the first two years or 24,000 miles, or if it's in the shop for 30 or more days during that same period, it could qualify as a lemon. It sounds like you qualify. If I were you, I'd pursue it now. Get rid of that and don't buy anymore Chrylser products! Pontiac has a great SUV priced under the Grand Cherokee and it's so much nicer, more for your buck, and better mileage.
