March 1 2016 went to Nutrimost in Debary for information on their advertised weight loss program. A discussion was already in progress and a woman employee took me to another room and told me to stand on a scale. This is before hearing my reason for attending. I told the woman that I wanted to lose 10lbs which was around my abdominal and hips. After weighing me fully clothed I was taken to another room where another female worker told me to place my right hand fingers on a device. I was sent back to another room where Dan Yachter was speaking to three other people. I had missed most of what he told the other applicants.

A woman then took me back to to the other office and showed me print-out of computer data profiling my supposedly over weight and treatment necessary. The projected cost of losing 10 lbs weight was approximately $2.400. I said I did not have that money because I am an 83 year-old Pensioner with a small pension, and I did not know that the cost would be so exorbitant. The female worker handed me a tablet and pressurized me to apply for a CareCredit loan which surprisingly, the maximum credit given by CareCredit is the same amount for the Nutrimost Lose weight plan.

I entered the only questions asked of me. Name, Address and Monthly Income - That's all the information requested on the Tablet.  I gladly entered the information requested because I was confident that I would never be approved for credit. But to but my surprise and that of the female worker holding the Tablet, I was instantly approved. Every other entity that I have applied for credit had denied me based on my income and expenditure, But not CareCredit. This set off alarm bells ringing.

After arriving home I started to read all the literature which was packed in a folder. The first SCAM was the computer print out giving my weight as 198.2lbs.  This is was a totally false reading. For around two years my weight has been between 182 and 185 lbs. I first told them on arriving that my weight was 185 but ideally was 175lbs. And this is the amount I wanted to lose. Now, here is the second part of the SCAM.

I instructed to drink some of the liquids they supplied in the packet, and the next morning on awakening I should weigh myself and telephone them the information. Think of it! Had I done that, Nurtimost would have claimed that their weightloss proigrame is working. Because my natural weight is 182-185, and as their computer printout gives my weight falsely, as 195.2 Nutrimost would certainly claim credit for my overnight weightloss.

I emailed Nutrimost of my disgust at their Scam and my intention to return the packet. They replied by asking me to visit them in Debary on Tue 9th March. I have FeDex the weightloss packed back to Nutrimost in Debary and demanding the refund to CareCredit of $2400 Nutrimost received.

I seek your immediate help because I belive that Dan Yachter is on the verge of filing liquidation as he has done in the recent past.

Dan Yachter NutriMost Customer...Not a ripoff or scam

I am a NutriMost customer of Dan Yachter. This is not how they do things. I was never pressured nor blind sided. They fully informed me before they did anything. They offered the Care credit too. Not one single person that I have met that has gone through the program has ever felt pressured. One must know how to say "no". Furthermore, everyone I know that has done the program has lost weight. The scales in the office are typically a little higher than the home scale - just like at the doctor's office.

They have better scales than the home scale you buy at the store. This person obviously did not even give it a chance. As for online reviews...well, those who have done the program typically rave about it. Those who have never done the program love to trash it. I will end with this. I lost 24 lbs in 40 days, over a year ago and kept it off! And the best part - I get to eat whole fat foods, eggs, steak, butter and other yummy healthy fats!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for giving me my health back Dr. Dan!!!!!!!!!!!

Nutrimost Florida Definitely NOT a SCAM or RIP-OFF DeBary Florida

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, July 11, 2016

Nutrimost Florida has been doing business since October of 2014.  In that time, we have brought thousands of people through our program with incredible success.  People who follow this program not only lose weight and keep it off, but they receive balance and healing to their bodies, where in most cases, they are going off of their "life long" medications because their bodies no longer require them.

We received a complaint from a gentlemen who came to our office for a cosultation.  He arrived 40 minutes late for his appointment, so he missed 40 minutes of a 1 hour informational group talk, where Dr. Yachter explains how the program works, and what you will have to do to have success on the program.

After the talk, he was brought back to a room for a private consultation, where he spent the majority of the time talking about himself, and hardly listening to what the consultant was telling him about the program.  He was asked if he wanted to sign up for the program and which payment option he wanted to use.  He decided to sign up for the program and chose to sign up for a medical credit card to pay for the program.

Once the paperwork was competed, a Zyto scan was conducted on him and a customized program was created for him.  Once he got home, he started reading the information about the program and decided that it was a scam and a rip-off, even though all of this was explained prior to him signing the paperwork to start the program.

He decided to file the complaint and demanded his money back, which was returned to him, even though he signed paperwork agreeing that this is a non-refundable program, due to the fact that it is completely customized to his body, and that the products it produces are not able to be returned.

Dr. Yachter tried on numerous occasions to reach out to him to try to help clarify the areas in which he felt he was mis-informed about the program and not understanding how it works, but he refused to receive the calls.

This gentleman claims that he was forced to sign up for this program and that he was forced to select the medical credit card as his payment option.  This is not true.  At any time during the consultation, he could have chosen to "think about it", or to decline the program completely.  He decided to proceed with the program and himself chose the payment option.  He signed all of the paperwork himself, to apply for the card, and to sign up for the program.

Because he never understood how the program works, he felt it was a scam.  People don't receive incredible results from a scam program.  People who follow the program, as directed, have powerful lasting results.  People praise this program because their bodies are healed and they are off their medications and they are able to maintain their weight loss for life.

We stand firm knowing that everything that is conducted in our office is ethical and above the bar, and in no way was this man or any person ever coersed into signing up for our program.
