i was looking for a recovery agent to recover a credit, i had everything ready (CCJ). i contacted them they said can colect money in 2 weeks but they need money in adsvance so they could proceed.

all false they took my money and did nothing after a wile they came back to me sayng that the money is only for membership and if i want to colect this credit i have to give them more money and is not garanteed that they get the money.

a pure and simple RIP off i been to a judge but they have this worked out so well that all together this cost me 950.

please do not use this B......s.

I am the company solicitor for Daniels Silverman. Mr --- simply can not accept that he was in the wrong. He owed us approximately 500 (GBP), a fact that was proved by us before a judge at Liverpool County Court, in the UK, based upon solid evidence. Please bear in mind that England has some of the most liberal pro-consumer laws in the world and the judge fully accepted our position which was that Mr --- was in the wrong in his criticisms of our service, and that we did everything we were obliged to do. Mr --- then applied to overturn that judgment. He lost. He then tried again. He lost again. He then tried again. The court effectively told him to stop wasting everyone's time. He still didn't comply with the court's ruling and pay the money, so we sent in the English equivalent of Sheriffs Officers who were about to seize Mr ----'s goods, but then he paid. Mr ---- simply can not accept the facts of the situation and this libellous posting is yet another attempt by him to pursue his vendetta against us. His comments are clearly innacurate and not very constructive. We have collected literally $millions for our clients worldwide over the past 12 years and will continue to do so.
