Darla Smith Represents herself as Humane Society of Cadiz OH Seized my Horse and Boyfriends Daughters Horse for no reason at all Cadiz Ohio
Darla Smith had taken Kenneth Feister's daughters horse as well as Gloria Woods horse on June 12th, 2014 The Feister's had a sick horse given to them on March 25th, 2014 and just within days of Feister's having this horse Bunny given to them Darla Smith had went to their property. Darla Smith was informed that the horse was just given to them and we was getting Bunny into the vet. Darla Smith stated she could have her vet come out and it would cost $200.00 in cash that would have to be paid to the vet upon arrival.
So Darla Smith scheduled her vet and that her vet said April 18th, 2014 so then on April18th, 2014 Darla Smith had text Gloria Woods phone said her vet had to cancel that day. Which Gloria Woods has record of the text from Darla Smith. So then we got Bunny into the vet on April 21st, 2014 to be seen as for the vet Bunny was full of parasites worms and warm eggs had a bad skin condition and swelling in her body and he would not give her a setitive do to the bad health she was in and that is the bad health Feister's got her given to them in.
The vet then said the bad condition Bunny was in and Feister's then new that they had a ways to go but they sure wasn't letting anything happen to Bunny so Feister's had a horse given to them with some bad health issues as vet record proves. So the issue was Bunny's health which Feister's was getting her vet care for to get her better. Sugar which was in the same pasture was huge and very healthy and Darla Smith thought Sugar was a little over weight and said she could lose a little weight.
So then on July 7th 2014 Darla Smith showed up at the Feister property as for Gloria and Kenneth wasn't home and Gloria got a phone call from a neighbor thatthere was two girls sitting in a car in her drive well then I Gloria seen Darla Smith had called my phone and so I called Darla she said she was at our property Kenneth and I was heading to town to get more feed but we had turned around and went back home and Darla and Kristen was sitting in Kristen's car in our drive way Kenneth said to Darla and Kristen why you sitting in your car Darla then stated well you have a no trespassing sign posted. Darla stated she didn't have a call or any reason to be there they was just out on a call and thought they would stop by.
Well that visit once again was about Bunny's health and Darla new that once all the swelling was out of Bunny we would see her real size which at that point the swelling was out of bunny the sores and scabs was gone and her hair was coming back so Darla asked if we could get Bunny back into the vet. Then Darla changed the subject to she was going after this Sue lady as we know as Sue Nickels and she calls her Sue Howell and then wanted statements against Sue Darla Smith told Kenneth and I (Gloria) that Sue called her on us about Bunny as for then that is all Darla spoke about and then Kenneth scheduled a vet appt for June 19th for second oppinion. Darla text it was about Bunny seeing the vet again.
So then on June 11th 2014 I Gloria spoke with Sue on the phone and asked Sue if she called and informed Sue Darla said she called and what Darla wanted Kenneth and I to do. Then I guess Sue had called Darla Smith because all of sudden Darla started texting Kenneth Feister phone and Gloria Woods phone angerly wanting to know why I Gloria spoke with Sue and sending Darla sending nast text messages. Then on June 12th Darla Smith got a warrant to take my perfectly healthy horse and Feister's horse they had under vet care and getting better and then Darla lied and said the horses had no food and water and Darla was never there about food and water it was about Bunny condition both times Darla Smith was there. She lied to get revenge I Gloria and Kenneth have proof of everything.

What you are is trying to cover up for Humane Officer as the law has shown there was many false accusations about the case of the horses made by the humane officer as for look at all the news media and broad cast and funny how the pictures that was used was sent from my phone to the humane officers phone the pictures was taken by me from the get go in April just a few days of the sick horse being given to my boyfriends daughter, when the humane officer was at the residents and that I have the proof of that is the bad shape the sick horse was given to my boyfriends daughter and as for the public should know that my horse alone was also taken for no reason and proves that because one I have her back
and I had the vet check her and I am not happy with the findings so for one anyone to speak that doesn't have true facts better think twice and also maybe people should look at records which I do have in my posetion look at the people you are putting in positions and what their past is as for that people who break the law should never hold a position people with a bad background are not allowed to cary guns and me I have every evidenceand proof now I have to worry about getting my horse back in the health she was in before the humane officer took her sad she lost all her muscle tone and everything I am not happy and poor bunny didn't have vet care before she was given to my boyfriend also documents will
prove and witness will prove everything and as for people trying to rail road people not happening look who you put in positions and their past records yep I know and have all and the witness of so and as for me I'm not letting people get away with lies proof no neglet was ever done and thank god my horse is returned before they let her get like Bunny was when Bunny was given to my boyfriends daughter oh and try to impose my horse with another horse nice try for one as for my horse is registered every single mark on her is documented and funny the pictures you tried to pose as my horse wasn't evidence and proof shows that. Humane officer must not know much about horses because a registration proves
everything. I'm tired of people accusing innocent people of doing wrong when they are doing the right thing and god will get them for that and as for what people don't know Harrison County Humane Officer was not registered with the secretary of state as I have the evidence and proof of that right from the secretary of state. Funny how the own commissioner Don Bethel couldn't even find the record of Darla Smith being sworn in in July 2014 News media even has that proof. He is the commissioner of the county so that shows proof things was not documented correctly so. Now best thing is that people won't know what's next but the lord will and he will show people about their false acusations on
people and truth always comes out. Thank the lord that my horse is safe now. Now I prey to lord Bunny isn't being used and wore down cause we will not let her down. It should be against the law for people to keep breeding sick horses and having numerous colts from them they are same as we are and are not ment to be used for a money situation. Lord will get people for that

Hmm.. where to start on this report? Let's start witht he beginning since that makes some kind of sense. The address and phone number listed for Ms. Darla Smith is incorrect. Does that give you reliability when making accusations? You cannot even get the public information right.
Sencondly, I'd like to address some key facts that you failed to mention. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
1. You and your 'boyfriend' were given 2 months to put weight on the horse, and within the 2 month time-frame, the horse did not gain weight, instead, it lost even more weight.
2. You and your 'boyfriend' have had several other horses who have since died in your care- for example- the Jefferson County Fair horse that you purchased from a 4H participant who died last summer due to lack of veterinary care and responsible equine ownership. Correct?
3. Upon seizing the horses, the Humane Society mentioned that one horse named "Bunny" scored a mere 1.5 on the body condition score chart. Do you not realize that after the score of 1 is 0 which means death?!
4. The Humane Agent of Harrison County, Ohio is Darla Smith- who has completed her required state training and testing and passed. Which makes her a legal humane agent in the state of Ohio. What makes you think she isn't a humane agent legally? You can get on google.com and look up the ORC's for Humane Agents in Ohio and see that she is legally one. Does not make sense to knock her down in that way without knowing the facts. Makes you look uneducated, I'm sorry.
5. The previous owner has proof that the horse was not 'sick' when given to you. Unfortunately, the horse had taken a turn down-hill after being in your care and in the very unappropriate and unhealthy pasture it was confined in.
It's pretty sad that you can't get your own horses back to health but within one month of the Humane Society seizing them, both horses have scored a body condition score of 4 or better. With the Humane Society giving you 2 months, why couldn't you put the weight back on the horses? Nothing special was given to the horses once in the Society's care other than feed and continous hay- which is proof enough to say that all the horses were lacking was groceries.
I'm open to phone calls and e-mails regarding this topic if needed. After my thorough investigation, I believe I have all the proper proof to have an individual come to a clear conclusion. Thank you and please, take proper care of your animals.
