Suffered same MO as previous victim that reported under the company's former name - Go100 Sports (http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/go-100-sportswear/davao-city-davao-del-other-sur-800/go-100-sportswear-apex-sportswear-fake-custom-uniform-company-davao-city-davao-del-phill-1138624).

Darrell Garner ([email protected][email protected]) responded to email and text messages initially to an order inquiry.  The timeline went as follows:

*Sept. 28 Made an order for an entire set of 17 custom basketball uniforms the Phantom Sportwear (ie. Darrell Garner).  Downpayment of $259.90 sent via PayPal; Darrel Garner claims that uniforms have begun production, and guarantees a delivery of Oct. 8.  As with previous victim, I was promised updates every two days.

*Oct. 7 - sent final payment of $90.76 via PayPal

*Oct. 8 - Darrell Garner claims that package is shipped, sends me email of shipping receipt, but it is for a totally different person from 2014. When I request actual receipt repeatedly, be ignores the question and fails to deliver.

*Oct. 8-10 - Darrell Garner claims that LBC Express is at fault, "sending it to another Ryan in Australia," and that he is working on getting it fixed.

*Oct. 10-21 - During this period, Darrell Garner doesn't respond repeatedly, sometimes 5 days at a time.  When asked repeatedly for the LBC tracking number so I can look into it myself, he again ignores the question.

Oct. 23 - Last response from Darrell, assuring that "his lawyer is involved with LBC," and that a refund will be processed.

Oct. 24 to Nov. 17 - Darrell Garner no longer responds to messages. I opened a dispute with PayPal, and he finally replies.  He claims that he asked for my wire information "4-5 times," but he only asked once, to which I requested that the refund be issued through PayPal.  His response was that he "can't send it through PayPal."  This is odd - why can he recevie money through PayPal, but not send a refund?  First time in 10 years experience with PayPal that a vendor cannot send a refund through the same channel he received payment.

Please note that all of the above has email and text message evidence as record to substantiate the claim.

Even if he proves himself to be an actual business, I wouldn't recommend Phantom Sportswear or Go100 Sportswear.  The service is poor, and he is only responsive when money is about to be paid out.  F-.

Darrell Garner Stolen Identity Confirmed

#2Author of original report

Tue, November 24, 2015

After a couple of weeks filing a claim with PayPal, "Darrell Garner" was exposed.  His failure to reply to PayPal's inquiries resulted in a refund, fortunately.  Suspecting that he was a fraud, I baited him on one of our previous email threads and he bit, saying "Stupid idiot.  Darrell died 2 years ago."

This confirmed that he was an identity thief and a fraud.  After I pointed out who the actual idiot was (and that he essentially lost one of his stolen identities and shell businesses), he said "Ryan. I know you. Relax. Don't lose your life over stupidity. You money will be returned."  This further confirms my suspicions that it was a systematic scam.  PayPal also shouldn't be happy over this, as he probably uses this as a way to cheat PayPal, Western Union, and banks.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY "DARRELL GARNERS" ON THE INTERNET AND BUSINESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NAME (PHANTOM SPORTSWEAR, GO100 SPORTS, AND ANY FUTURE ONES)!

Low lifes like these are scum of the earth.
