DARRELL LOPEZ, JOHN ASHTON AND FABIAN LINCOLN IS UP TO THERE SAME TRICKS.  THE ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE ALL OF ELEMENT AND CAME UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY JUST OPENNED WITH UPS LOCATION AS THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS. BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT IS NOT WHERE THEY ARE NOT WORKING OUT OF A MAILBOX. THEY CLOSED THE LAST COMPANY ELEMENT TELECOM OWING EMPLOYEES MONEY. THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND WENT TO CHURCH SUNDAY TO ADVISE OTHER ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. WHAT A CROOK, TALKING TO YOU DARRELL LOPEZ. 

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL PROMISE HIGH WAGES PLUS COMM AND AFTER WAITING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS TO BE PAID,  THE BASE PER HOURS WILL BE WRONG AND FABIAN LINCOLN WILL PROMISE TO CORRECT IT AS HE KNOWS YOU WONT BE GETTING ANY COMMISSION EITHER.  THEY WILL WITHHOLD TAXES AND NOT FORWARD TO THE IRS AND CLAIM YOU WERE A CONTRACT EMPLOYEE.  SO BEFORE YOU CASE THERE CHECKS TAKE A COPY AND KEEP THE PRINT OUT OF WHAT WAS WITHHELD.  IF THEY DON'T PROVIDE IT, WHICH THEY WONT WITH YOU CHECK. INSIST FOR IT.  THEY MAKE MONEY OFF OUR LABOR AND CAN'T OPERATE WITHOUT EMPLOYYEES.  FABIAN REFERS TO EMPLOYEES AS LOW LIFES BECAUSE THAT WHAT HIS IS.  AND USED CAR SALESMEN AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MORAL NOR DO HE OR USE CAR SALEMEN CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOU RENT BEING PAID. 

IF YOU MEET NICK LOPEZ, HE IS JUST A SHELL, CLUELESS SON OF DARRELL LOPEZ.  JOHN ASHTON HAS CONVICTIONS IN ORLANDO CLERK FOR FRAUD AND THAT IS WHAT HE IS STILL PRACTING TODATE. 

BELOW IS THE OLD COMPANY AND THE NEW COMPANY.  IT ALL THE SAME EXECPT FOR THE NAME THAT IS NOT LICENSED IN FLA OTHER THAN THE 35.00 DARRELL PAID TO CORP FILING TO FILE.

FYI: look up darrell lopez in Oviedo, he ran for a mayor seat and lost.. The people saw he was dishonest and looked then and now that his IS NOT trustable.  look it up. With the new state attroney over the orlando he is very interested in this case and the people he knowingly provided bad checks for services.

check orange county clerk omline, john has at least two convictions for passing worthless check and other crimmal cases.

Darrell lopez has many traffic offenses and to date he filed bankrupty after being sued and judgement entered iver a prior company. But trust that he will be joining the convicted ex majoral failed candiate to be convicted. no worries. follow up with who you think will assist you with getting your money and putting an end to there frauds.  i know i teamed up with the person i knew, knew them and she was more than willing to help because the did not pay her anything. so far she has really moved it along for me and a couple more.  If you had training or a direct contact, try contacting that person because that person may know what you dont.

call fla department of revenue tax violations and fla consumer services. they both have toll free numbers. darrell fabian and john knows they need a license to conduct business. also check under ripoff report element telecom and john ashton.  the did the same toiver 20 people working under element telecom on kingsponte parkway and the state needs to hear from you because we have complained and they are in trouble.  the move victims we log the hsrder they will have to pay.  you are entitled to your wages.. call morgan and morgan 800 #, tell them they are already handling cases agaisnt element and you were frauded you your wages and since they are fimilair with them they will take the case.  it may take a couple days for  them to get back with you but you are entitled to twice what they owe in wages because the failed to pay you on time.

darell is already being sued and all three have crimmal cases in orange county clerk orlando fl. i would provide my contact info but cant on this open site.
