This communication is being offered, publicly, to WARN anyone considering to hire Darryl Cunningham for basement or any household work. The information provided is completely accurate because it is coming from several people scammed by Darryl Cunningham.
HE is a scammer :
1. One of the most stressful experiences of my life. I paid $15,000 for basement finishing. I did not spend hours, I spent days and weeks cleaning up after these fools. There's a reason they don't have a storefront because somebody would have blown it up by now. JAIL DARRYL CUNNINGHAM
2. Darryl does not even have a general contractor license although he advertises as such. He advertises he can work in MA, however, he tries to use other contractors to pull permits for him, etc or never pull permit. My experience has been a nightmare, I started this whole project in March 2017, and it is the end of November, and I still don't have a basement because of this man's greed and scamming ways. 3. Darryl Cunningham will intentionally low-ball you so they can get the job, then do shoddy work or disappear with your money. Darryl Cunningham does not retain their own construction crews. He hires sub-contractors from craigslist (including drug edicts, criminals and rapists), Darryl Cunningham is a scammer a CON Man. Check “Sutton” Police records. Be aware. JAIL DARRYL CUNNIGHAN.
4. He will show you pictures and claim him prior work, Ask for address, he will never give it to you. He will take you to his buddy house who will claim that how good he is. JAIL DARRYL CUNNINGHAM
5. Once you give him a deposit, he will do one of these things, he will never show up or he will show up once a week for few hrs. He does not complete any job, after few weeks he will ask for more money (giving one excuse after another). He will keep asking more money from you without doing any work. 6. If you have a been scammed by Darryl Cunningham, Call and write to Sutton Police, Call and write to FOX 25 investigates, Call and write to Attorney general of MA. JAIL DARRYL CUNNINGHAM.
7. Call and Check Sutton police.
8. Beware, he is a scammer, a CON Man. Protect yourself. Protect your family and property.
9. If he ever calls you, get a copy of his driver’s license, check with police.

Darryl is a habitual crook. He has been running this fraud for years. The Worcester County District Attorney's office has been aware of this for more than a year. They have names and addresses of dozens of other victims with losses totaling into many hundreds of thousands of dollars. They also have an ex-employee of his who is cooperating with the investigation. Your lawyer should contact them.

This was not created by Imtiaz, name has been falsely used and sutton police have been notified of this falsification. This was not created by Imtiaz nor anyone related to him. We do not wish to publicly share our views about Darryl Cunningham.

Requested ripoffreport.com to take down this as this report is completely falsely made up. I have reported this falsely made report under the name Imtiaz to sutton police. Sutton Police have noted that we are not responsible for this. Also this report mentions alot of false statements. We do not wish to share our views about Darryl Cunningham publicly. This report I repeat was not Made by Imtiaz whose name was used. Sutton Police is aware that Imtiaz and Nor I am responsible. I will leave you all with this to consider only 2 people knew the name imtiaz, one of them is Darryl and another is another customer. What else is odd this same post was made on cragslist immediately after Darryl Cunningham posted his ad on craigslist. Sutton Police have been notified that someone has falsely used the name imtiaz.
